Associate Judge Richard W Kirby

I thought judges were to do the right thing! On the contrary this man who wears a Black Robe! That sits on the bench in the State of Oklahoma, In the county of Oklahoma. That heads the Oklahoma County Juvenile Justice Center.

I am so disgusted and frustrated at how this man runs his court! How he let Oklahoma DHS run him in his own courtroom.

Judge Richard Kirby! He knows deep down in his heart that my grandchildren should be with me.

He knows everything that I done to get my grandsons out of the foster care system. If he doesn't know of it, then that's only because he don't care about doing the right thing and that is to hurry and get the children out of the foster care system and with family.

This judged denied me my grandchildren. He refused to order Oklahoma DHS to give me a Home - study of my Oklahoma residence which I would pass and get my grandchildren out of the system.

This man definitely is bias and prejudice. He doesn't need to be in a position to help people if he isn't going to do just that. He works in the children's department/ family court.

Judge Kirby has failed my grandchildren.

Just recently, which I wrote and asked him to send me my grandsons sizes so that I could send my grandsons some packages of clothing and a few other items. This man will not give me anything.

This is the person that kicked me out of court at the request of Oklahoma DHS on 2.8.2011, because I wasn't present, which I wasn't informed of the court date change. My knowledge was the date was 2.9.2011. There is no way that I would of missed a court date that was so important to me and my grandchildren.

This judge will not let me have visitation with my grandsons. I haven't seen my grandchildren since 2.16.2010. This is cruel! Just Sickening. This is awful.

The judge granted the request of Oklahoma DHS. That is no way right!

GRANDMOTHER DENIED

My name is Farina Thompson

I'm disturbed at the reason why Oklahoma DHS has denied me my grandchildren! Believe it or not! They are denying me my grandchildren because of a case dating back to 1983 out of California. Nearly 30 years ago. It was a food stamp case. I mean this is totally ridiculous! I'm talking about getting my precious grandsons out of the Foster Care System. All this state can say to me is that "We are not recommending you for either temporary or permanent placement. Although we do know that you do love your grandchildren". What kind of mess is that?

Mind you this all took place before I was sworn in the United States Army! I will go on to say that, the State of Oklahoma continues to say that I have a Felony. That's incorrect! Certainly not true!

I'm their maternal and biological grandmother. I love these children. How can they get away with this corruption? They are destroying children and families. This isn't right what so ever.

I have proof that I don't have any felonies! They will not check my military back ground or whatever else they need to check. I done all my background checks. Received them all from the FBI Divisions -- Record Check out of Clarksburg WV.

Another thing! Oklahoma DHS was going to return the children to their mother whom she had recently had been released from Oklahoma State Prison in November 2008. But! DHS didn't give her enough time to get herself together. So instead of that, the mother to the children, she asked if she could come back home to her mother, where she could get some help. The Oklahoma family court Denied her the request. At that time she became overwhelmed and over the next several court date leading up to 9-15-2009, She relinquished her parental rights to her children.

Not only that! The father to my youngest grandson who is now out of DHS and has been for the last 4 years or more, now. I'm thankful for that! However my Son-N-Law, he is a felon out of California himself. He spent over 13 years in prison! He is on Welfare, Food stamps, and on Section 8 housing! So what's going on here in the State of Oklahoma?

I am aware that Parents get their children back no matter what? But when there is no parents to fight for the child or children, What then? I would like to know that! Because this is what I am facing here.. My grandchildren has been in the foster care system since March 2 2006. Some 5 years - 9 months - 4 days. They still remain in the foster care system. This is crazy!

Can anyone shed some light on this?

Oklahoma has no grandparents rights? I hear different sides to that issue? This is a very huge problem! We grandparents! Need our rights to our grandchildren because, the states are taking these babies and doing whatever they feel and want to. Delaying the process to reunite the children with their families.

In the case of my grandsons, that's exactly what's going on. Nothing bu wasting the tax payers money continuing this case in court! As well as continuing to house my grandchildren in the foster care system, going from placement to placement and from group home to group home. Mind you none of my 5 grandsons are in the same placement. They all are separated.

I don't know how often, my grandsons see their siblings. It's important for the children to stay in contact with their siblings. They need to see each other. Anyway here in the state of Oklahoma to put it plainly! It is just backwards.

So I continue to be denied--I'm denied because of a 1983 food stamp case. That Oklahoma states that it is a felony. That is incorrect. I have it on paper stating it.

My grandchildren are suffering in the foster care system away from their maternal and biological grandmother and the rest of their family members. Which I moved from Nevada. All I have gotten was, Denied, Denied, Denied! It's so emotionally draining, because I want my grandsons, to get them out of the system. Yet! DHS refuses and continually denies me.

I've been treated unjustly and they, the Judge and the Oklahoma DHS, they all are aware of their wrong doing on this case of my grandchildren. Plenty of corruption and dirt, for sure!

My past nearly 30 years ago, before any of my grandchildren were even thought of and born, Shouldn't be held against me. For certain it's not a felony! Because of this! The state of Oklahoma are keeping my grandsons away from me and in the states foster care system.

My grandsons has been alienated and isolated from me. I haven't seen them since 2.16.2010. Haven't even heard their voices. Haven't hugged them. I want to see their smiles, their faces. My grandchildren, I love them I want to see them. This here chapter in our lives has truly affected us. We will never ever be the same again. Yet! We are not giving up hope! My grandsons! They are not forgotten. No! They are not.

Foster care isn't no place for children. Not at all. As long as their are family who are willing to take the child in. I see no reason for the government to make money off families hard times. Families first, Reunify and mend the broken homes. Not give the child away to strangers for adoptions. That's not right!

Oklahoma DHS are wrong for what they have and are doing to me and my grandsons! The judge has allowed all of this to happen. It's an injustice! The system has failed my grandchildren and my family.

5 years - 9 months -4 days!!!! That's a mighty long time to be away from your family and love-ones. Since March 2 2006.

My Precious Grandchildren! You Are Not Forgotten!

My precious grandchildren! Grandma, has not forgotten you! You're not Forgotten!

Dear Melvin, Michael, Mizael, Teriq and Eric,

It's your grandma Farina Thompson, I know that you boys have gone through so much. Remember that you all do have family that love you and wants you.

My dear and precious grandsons, You are loved, wanted and missed! You boys are always in my heart. I miss you all so much til it hurts. I stare and gaze at your pictures all the time.

Grandma prays for our family each and every day and night. It's not fair for what has happened to you all. I am very saddened at how the Oklahoma foster care system has treated this case. Grandma wants you all to know that I will not stop trying to get you boys home. It truly pains me that the Judge and DHS continues to let you kids stays in the foster care system, just floating around going from placement to placement.

I wish I could hold each of you and take away those tears of pain and suffering! I love you all with every ounce of blood that's flowing in my veins in my body.

My grandsons! Grandma is here I traveled across many states to be for you. I will not give up. I will continue to write you all. I am so sorry that you all are in that messed up and crooked system. The system has failed you and your siblings as well as our whole family.

"Family! It's About Family"

Hi my name is Farina Thompson.

I am the maternal and biological grandmother to 5 wonderful and adorable young boys that are in the Oklahoma Foster Care System. To date is has been 5 years-9months-4days that my grandsons were taken by Oklahoma DHS. On March 2 2006. A truly emotional time for my family.

The last time that i had a visit with my grandsons were on 2.16.2010. I have not heard their voices or seen their faces or even talked to them on the phone. My grandsons have been alienated and isolated from me. From Day one we have not had regular visits. As I understand that as long as children are in foster care, that they are to have continuous contact with their family, love ones and relatives. My life and the lives of my precious grandsons has been interrupted and shattered by the State of Oklahoma! Oklahoma Department of Human Services/Foster Care Division.

Family, It's about family! Everywhere you turn, It's Family!

That was my idea of what any foster care agency/organization was all about. Or so I thought! Anyway! Here in Oklahoma it's totally disturbing to me at how this state process their child welfare cases. It's sad, emotional and truly frustrating! It's not right or justice at all. I haven't seen nothing like it in my life! This state has denied me everything that I've brought forward, that's Oklahoma DHS and the Oklahoma Family Court System. It's supposed to be about the children! Taking care of the children and making sure that they are being reunited with their biological family and loveones as soon as possible. To make sure that they suffer a minimum of separation from their home and family.

It's about FAMILY! Strengthening the American Families is the Key! Family is foundation!

The case with my grandsons. That is not what happenned. My grandsons are still in the Oklahoma foster care system. They are floating from one placement to the next. All the while the state has my grandchildren alienated and isolated from me. No phone calls, not anything at all, with the exception of letter writing. That's my only communication and bonding with my grandsons.

I have traveled the distance, moved to Oklahoma from Nevada. I brought forth my guardianship, which was denied, as well as all the following, Foster/Adopt training classes certificates from Nevada, Petition to Adopt my grandchildren, Foster Parenting classes in Oklahoma were denied. Some one from the Oklahoma Department of Human Services called the Bair Foundation where i was preparing to get certified in order to get my grandchildren out of foster care, A telephone call was made to put a stop to that from Oklahoma DHS Headquarters.

It's about family and doing the right thing! Right! Well I have done that. From the Judge on down to the Oklahoma Dept of Human Services has denied me the right to my grandchildren. I am a responsible, reliable, independent, mature grown adult. I am a registered voter. "Felons can't vote", I am not a felon. I have never been to prison. I am ex - military. I quarter mastered in the Army. My MOS was 76v10.There is nothing wrong with my financial Status, I have a decent & study income. I have a vehicle that's bought and paid for. I have a washer and dryer. I have a phone. I have a refrigerator full of food. All of my bills are in my name. I have a checking account and savings account. I have insurance. I have the children's rooms all together. I have enough beds for all of my grandsons. I have everything that I need for my grandbabies. My grandsons, they need family. I have a nice and wonderful 3 bedroom + 2 bath + 2 car garage home it's over 2,000 square feet. I have more than enough space for my precious grandsons. It's about Family!

I don't need not one cent to beable to provide for my grandchildren.

Children in foster care shouldn't have to go through what my grandsons are having to endure with. It's just wrong! It's an injustice to us. What they are doing to my precious grandsons and our family. We have already lost so much, that we will never beable to get back. Look at all the years that the state has taken away from me and my grandsons. Over 5 years and 9 monts nearly 6 years. That's cruel! Look what it has done to my children? I'm concerned about their self-esteem, their emotions, their inner self, what they must be thinking of themselves. My grandchildren being in foster care all this time for the past 5 years and 9 months! My grandsons who knows what they could be thinking? Or what they are being told for instance? Thinking they are not wanted, not loved, that they are thrown away! Thinking they have no family that wants them. That's awful for a child having to think of that being very young and in foster care placement. No child! Should have to suffer like this. My grandchildren are doing just that!

My grandchildren have family! They are not Forgotten! No! They aren't! I will never forget them as long as I am alive! They are my family! I will continue my fight for justice. This case with my grandsons, will not die! I will not let it be just another case or a statistic. It will not be swept under the rug!

Family? The system is broken! Definitely needs to be fixed. Family Court is a major part of this. This is the State of Oklahoma. My God! It's totally backwards here in this part of the country. Family, the children they need their family, my precious grandsons, they need their family, they need to be home. I want to hug my grandchildren! They are everything to me! They are my life! So precious to me!

I will continue to expose the wrong doings that are going on here in the state of Oklahoma, As long as this state continue to house my grandsons and keep them away from me. It's don't make any sense for the actions of this state to alienate and isolated my grandsons from me. I'm their blood family, their maternal and biological grandmother.

Oklahoma DHS refuses to work with me to return, reunite my grandsons back with our family. My grandsons deserves to be back with their family. Not to be moving around in the foster care system, going from placement to placement. That's surely not in the best interest of the child! We are family! Isn't it about family? Being there and helping family?

My grandchildren, they haven't seen me since 2.16.2010. That's cruel!

Just very recently, I have written the Judge and requested my grandchildren's clothes and shoe sizes to be able to send them some items, being purchased from me. They would know that

I am still here, as well as the letters that I send to them. Any way the judge as well as the DHS worker will not give me my grandsons sizes so I can go shopping for them.

Also not anyone will communicate with me to inform me of what's going on with my grandchildren. They are truly trying to keep my grandchildren from remembering me. This is very strange behavior coming from "So call professionals" It's not adequate giving the situation at hand. It's about the children and their family being reunited and getting out of the foster care system.

She has played a big part in the case for it lasting for nearly 6 years. Oh yes! She has!

It's about Family and NOT the Foster Care System housing our children and keeping them alienated and isolated, from their loving and biological family that wants them.

FOSTER CARE IS NO PLACE FOR CHILDREN!!

Family First! Don't Keep The Children In The System! 5 Years & 8 Months & Counting-- That's Damaging !!!!

The foster care system and the family court system is broken! NO doubt about it!

From the experience of what i have been subjected to in the State of Oklahoma. It is on evident that those individuals that have somewhat of authority over folks children, have truly over stepped their moral boundaries and appears to don't have a heart at all.

Children in foster care should go and be with family vs being adopted out to strangers. That's very wrong and certainly not fair to the family and children. Not only that! We don't get visitation to be in contact? What's wrong with that picture?

Oklahoma DHS, has no right to try and play GOD! Children should not have to suffer and go through all of this pain and suffering, frustration and alienation and isolation, Such as my 5 grandsons are continuing to endure.

I'm these children maternal and biological grandmother! I was at the hospital when each and everyone of these children were born. I love my grandchildren very much. My grandchildren, doesn't need to be experiencing this, especially when they have a grandmother that wants them.

Oklahoma Department of Human Services/ Foster Care Unit! No good! They are wrong!

Look how they have trampled over me and my grand children's heart! Which they will tell you in so many words, that they aren't in the business of reuniting your children or love-ones to you in a timely manner, if at all!

I'm no felon, never been to prison, a registered voter, family oriented, independent and financially established to provide and take care of and nurture my 5 grandsons!

So Why is this state like this? I've complained and complained! NO one seems to care! It's about safely getting the children to a family member and or love one where the children can get back on track. Instead! OKDHS has caused more problems for my grandsons. They have prolonged this for many years? What about my grandchildren, their self-esteem and motivation? I worry about that on a continuous basis! What they must be feeling and going through.

Children, they should not be in foster care no longer than they need to or have to be! I mean it is devastating and emotional for the children! My grandchildren are going through it!

I've letters on top of letters that the organization, has plans to seek permanent placement for my grandchildren and that they don't plan on giving me my grandsons! Isn't that something? What does that tell you?

From all of that! How can it be about the children? 5 years and 8 months and counting for my precious grandchildren to be in this awful foster care system.

It's not right! Not right at all! Something definitely needs to be done about this!

At this rate our country will have no future! Foster care are destroying the tomorrows future. Our family, love-ones and relatives.

Our children needs love, hugs, positiveness and high self-esteem! Not anything less! Being in Foster Care is LESS!

I'm a concerned grandmother that has suffered the lost of my precious grandchildren to the system. We have lost many holidays, family gatherings, grand parental bonding, school activities and our family pictures together. We will never get those days back. Don't forget our quality time and summer fun, the things that grandparents have with their grandchildren.

I am just letting the world know what's going on here in this state of Oklahoma. How Oklahoma DHS/foster care agency handles their cases and how they isolate and alienate the children from their family and love-ones.

This has been an injustice and corruption all the way around! No matter how you sum is up!

This is a case that has been in process since 2006. There hasn't been no progress in the direction that it should have went! My grandchildren have been juggle going from placement to placement during these last 5 years and 8 months and counting! Since they still are in the system bouncing around.

I have no visitation with them! Oklahoma has done me and my grandbabies wrong!

I haven't seen my grandchildren since 2-16-2010. I haven't heard their voices, nor able to give them a hug. DHS and the system including the judge will not let my grandsons respond to any of my letters.

My grandchildren, my precious and adorable grandsons. "How I love and miss you so very much"

Melvin, Michael, Mizael, Teriq and Eric, you all are more precious to me than ever, from the day that you children were born. I love you my grandsons. Please! Don't let any of the people tell you different. You all are loved, wanted and missed. You are not forgotten! Grandma loves you and I say a prayer for our family each and every day.

It saddens me, my grandsons that we live in such an injustice world. I am here for you all no matter however long it will take. But! just know that your grandmother has not given up on you children. It's 5 of you that are floating around in the Oklahoma Foster Care System.

Grandma has been to the Oklahoma States Capitol on several occasions, asking for help and to no avail no one has looked into the DHS matter for us. I will not give up on us. I love you boys. I have filed complaints with more than one office of the Office of Civil Rights. Grandma will continue to be here for you all.

My grandchildren, I am able, willing and financially able to care and provide for you boys. I have a big enough house for all of us. We have always been a family. Though we are in separate houses and apart. I will always have you all in my heart. I love you.

The State Of Oklahoma DHS Foster Care Unit. They have not processed this case properly. It is supposed to be about the children and reuniting the children with family. Unfortunately they have not worked that for us. I am continuing to have faith and prayer for our family. That we will be a family and be reunited as a family so that we can rebuild our lives and move on.

Grandma loves you all with every ounce of blood that's flowing through my veins, in my body. My grandsons I feel your pain and I know what you are going through. I send my love, hugs and kisses. You do have family, love-ones, and relatives that care and love you. My babies, you can believe that my life will never ever be the same without you. Grandma's life is empty because you are not home.

Grandma's life is empty! There's a void that can only be filled when you boys, my precious grandchildren, are back home and out of that awful foster care system. I love you with every breath that I take.

My grandchildren, How I miss you all so very much! I wish that I could take the pain away & wipe those many tears off your face, that you all are feeling, because these folks who are abusing their authority, and has kept you children away from you family. Grandma loves you and I will not give up HOPE!

5 YEARS AND 8 MONTHS OF PAIN

Hi my name is Farina Thompson, my grandchildren has been in the Oklahoma Foster Care System for nearly 6 six years. 5 years and 8 months to be exact- (3.2.2006). It's not right how this organization has dragged this case out. It doesn't make any sense to me what so ever.

I have 5 precious little grandsons, which they have done quite a bit of growing since being taken from their mother some time ago.

The State of Oklahoma has denied me continually my love-ones. This has been a terrible nightmare. Just awful and painful.

Judge Richard W Kirby, he's the Associate District Judge and Tara Bone of DHS, she is the supervisor has just made a complete mess of things.

I want everyone to know that on 2.8.2011-- I wasn't present in court. Not because i didn't want to be, but due to reasons that court was changed and i wasn't notified.

Believe it or not! DHS! Requested of the Judge to exclude me from further proceedings in regards to my grandsons case.

Guess What? The Associate District Judge He granted DHS the request. They kicked me out of the court room.

I'm there fighting for my grandchildren! How can that be in the best interest of the children? Not? It's just completely wrong! Where is the justice here in this world? My grandchildren are still in that foster care system, floating around and dangling in there. That's terrible! My grand babies aren't allowed to call me or hear my voice. Not allowed to write me letters. Nothing at all!

Children in foster care shouldn't be used as a monetary gain for that Title IV government funding. It's just - that the system is broken and doesn't care about the children and the families that they damage, and destroy. While in the process they alienate and isolate the children as they have me and my 5 grandsons.

I would love to see and hug my grand kids. Hear their voices. It's been since 2.16.2010. I haven't seen them since. I love my grandsons so much. We are separated and in pain. The folks of Position and in Authority has abused their privilege to serve their community. This is wrong how Oklahoma are treating me and my grandchildren! My family has suffered tremendously because of this. How they have kept my grandsons in the foster care system and allow them to be continuously floating in the system going from placement to placement and group home to group home all the while not allowing my grandsons to have any contact with me.

How Cruel Is That? What Do You All Think About That? What's Wrong With This Picture?

Oklahoma DHS should be and need to be restructured from the ground up!

I am asking everyone to please keep me and my 5 precious grandsons in your prayers. Please! As we are going through a most difficult times in our lives.

To my grandchildren: My grandbabies Melvin, Michael, Mizael, Teriq and Eric. Grandma is still here. My precious and adorable grandchildren, Grandma loves you and misses you so very much.

Grandma looks at your pictures as I have them all over the house. I just stare and gazed at you alls photos. I cry so much. I love you all. It pains me that we are separated and not together.

Hey grandma boys, I want you all to know that. The reason why Grandma hasn't seen you all and you all are not back home yet. Is Simply because of the Judge Richard W Kirby and the Oklahoma DHS- Tara Bone and DHS - Asst DA Jane Brown -- Asst PD Ryan Hauser.

Grandma hopes that you all are receiving your letters. I continue to write you all as that's my only contact, my only bonding with you. My precious grandsons you all means so much to me. It's not a day or night that past, that I don't worry about all of you.

I want to be there for you all and I am not giving up on you all. It's the State of Oklahoma, their family court and the Oklahoma DHS, that's keeping you all in foster care & away from me.

Honey, Grandma has a 3 bedroom, 2 baths, 2 car garage home that's over 2,000 square feet. I have everything ready for all of you. Your rooms are ready and has been for the longest. I love you all dearly and you boys aren't forgotten. You have a family.

Grandma have been here in Oklahoma fighting for you all. I will not stop my journey to get you boys back home. Grandma has been treated very bad from these people who are determined to keep us apart.

If it's truly about the children and in the best interest of the children. Then why in the world are the children still in the foster care system, floating around like bottle caps in the water? That's just wrong? There is nothing right about this at all. This isn't justice. By no means can anyone say this is justifiable. Oh!no.

My grandchildren are loved, wanted and missed. They are not forgotten. They are precious.

I am the children's biological and maternal grandmother. I have everything available to them and for them to be able to come home.

Yet because of the Judge. By the name of Associate District Judge Richard W Kirby he and the other folks by the names of Tara bone Of DHS, Howard Hendrick Of DHS, Asst D A Jane Brown and Asst P D Ryan Hauser, they have fought me every step of the way to keep me from having my grandchildren.

I will not stop fighting for my grandchildren. They know that they are loved. My only contact with them are through letters. That's my only bonding. I am not even sure if my grandchildren are receiving their letters that I send them.

Foster care isn't no place for children at all. My grandchildren are alienated, medicated, damaged and traumatized. That's not in the best interest of the children. That's cruel and corruption. No doubt about it.

Isn't it about family and foundation. Strengthening the families through assistance and help? Not take and destroy the families! Please What's This World Coming To? It's WRONG!

CHILDREN ALIENATED FROM THEIR FAMILIES

Judge Richard W Kirby he has no doubt showed his corrupted side. He is in power to destroy many childrens and families lives. He is doing that very thing to my family. We are living it. HORRIBLE!! He, Judge Richard W Kirby is one that enjoys his power. He gets a kick out of it.

It's a crying shame at how these corrupt officials can sleep at night. By their actions of keeping children in the foster care system and alienated from their families and love ones.

What is wrong with these people, have they no heart? They have family? Or are they loners?

My precious grand babies has been alienated from me the whole time they have been in the Oklahoma Foster Care System.

The Judge on down don't seem to care that my grandsons are just floating around from placement to placement and that they are in contact with their grandmother. Knowing that the children's mother isn't no longer in the picture.

Judge Richard W Kirby. DHS Tara Bone. DHS Asst DA Jane Brown and Asst PD Ryan Hauser alike continues to do their dirt by keeping my grandchildren in the system, doped up on medication and making statements that aren't true. They have labeled my grandchildren, there fore collecting more money off of them.

My grandsons are alienated, medicated, damaged and traumatized by the folks of authority in their positions. This is wrong at how they treat these children in foster care.

Foster Care isn't a place for children to be. It has to be a better solution vs causing all of this mayhem and emotional problems with our children, our grandchildren and love ones.

My grandchildren are precious children that has a loving family that wants them home.

Our government needs rebuilding. This foster care is a major major problem. Wouldn't you agree? If this continues to happen soon these agencies will be able to have monitors on our children and just pick them up regardless. It's already bad as it is. This has to come to an end. I know it will take many of us to stand together. BUT THIS HAS TO STOP.

Our precious children and grandchildren aren't safe. Once they enter into foster care, their emotional status will become deteriorated real fast. We definitely need change.

For 5 years and 5 months my precious grandchildren are still in the Oklahoma Foster Care System. They are trying to adopot them out. They want to really bad. They haven't worked with me to return my grandchildren. When I have everything ready for them. Oklahoma DHS and Judge Richard W Kirby has treated me Really Dirty. Unprofessional behavior. It's been awful.

It's my grandmotherly love to do everything in my power to get these folks investigated and reprimanded. I will not stop my fight to get my grandsons as long as I have breath in me and blood flowing through my veins and my body. I will continue in the name of love for my 5 grandsons.

My grandsons are loved, wanted and missed. They are not forgotten. Not at all.

THE SYSTEM HAS FAILED MY GRANDCHILDREN

The system has failed my grandchildren. It's not right for the state to continue to house them, from letting them remain in the states foster care when they have a loving grandmother that loves and want them.

The parties involved know that the children's mother, she relinquished her parental rights on 9.15.2009. DHS IS CORRUPTEE AND THEY NEED TO BE SHUT DOWN! SHUT DOWN!

I have been treated unfair. An injustice has taken place. Those involved are The Associate District Judge Richard W kirby. DHS Tara Bone. DHS Howard Hendrick. Asst DA Jane Brown. Asst PD Ryan Hauser.

IT'S ABOUT THE CHILDREN? OR IS IT? It's seems all to well that the only focus is on collecting money off the children that they adopt out. Foster Care isn't no place for children at all.

My grandsons, I have 5 that's in foster care. They are being alienated from me. My only contact with my grandchildren are through letters. I'm not even sure if they are receiving any of the letters that I send them.

I don't need one red cent to be able to raise and take care of my grandchildren. It's all out of love. I don't need no taxpayers hard earned money to finance my means to provide for my grandchildren.

The Judge along with the rest of the parties involved with my grand children's case has let their personal feelings get involved with handling the case. They are prejudice and bias towards me.

This have hurt my grandsons tremendously. They are suffering from remaining in the system, being moved around floating going from placement to placement while being alienated from their family and love-ones. That's not in the best interest of the children.

The actions from these living and breathing human beings, whom they call themselves doing what's right are nothing but of EVIL AND CORRUPT. They aren't being successful in reuniting the families. They have and continue to destroy children and families lives and COLLECT A PROFIT while doing so.

Judge Richard Kirby and DHS Tara Bone, Asst DA Jane Brown and Asst PD Ryan Hauser has denied me everything that I've brought forth in order to have my grandchildren released from the Oklahoma Foster Care System.

It doesn't make a bit of sense to do this, their actions are un caused for. RIGHT IS RIGHT AND WRONG IS WRONG!

The Judge he has denied, MY HABEUS CORPUS. OUT OF STATE GUARDIANSHIP. REQUEST TO ORDER DHS DO A HOME STUDY OF MY HOME. PETITION FOR ADOPTION. DENIED HOME STUDY SO I WOULDN'T BE ABLE TO GET MY GRANDCHILDREN.

He has alienated my grandchildren. They do not have any contact with me. I'm their maternal and biological grandmother. I relocated from Reno Nevada to Oklahoma City OK in 2008.

My grandchildren are my heart. They mean the world to me. As long as I have breath in me and I am able to breathe I will not stop fighting for my grandchildren.

Oklahoma is corrupt and the dirt that's going on here truly needs to be investigated and shut down. The public officials in authority should follow the law and make sure that everyone has due process and are treated equally without prejudice and or bias.

Foster Care Rules, Regulations and Guidelines need to be carefully examined so as to make sure that all the children can be returned accordingly as they have family members and love ones that are available to take them.

Such as my grandchildren. Here I am with everything that's needed to take my grandsons in and the persons of authority in their positions are being honery and hateful just showing the devils spirit that's in them.

I am a 5 x graduate of Stratford Career Institute. I graduated with HONORS. I love education.

I don't have no felonies. I am an Army Vet. I have a home - a 3 bedroom, 2 bath, 2 car garage home that's over 2,000 square feet. Refrigerator full of food and Deep Freezer full of meat. I love my grandchildren. I want them. I miss them. I am able to take them in and provide for them and raise them. I have the money to provide for my grandchildren. Surely isn't a problem.

My grandchildren they know that I am here in Oklahoma, however Judge Richard W Kirby, DHS Tara Bone, DHS ADA Jane Brown and Asst PD Ryan Hauser, they all has made sure that me and my grandchildren are kept apart. We haven't had any contact since 2-16-2010. That's HORRIBLE! Cruel to my grandchildren. It's emotional and damaging to my grandsons.

With all the dirt that these folks has done to families and children, Truly I wonder how do they sleep at night. I would think they would have nightmares of the corruption that they have done.

These folks position and status goes to their heads. As well as the kickbacks that's undercover that they receive for continuing to keep our children in the foster care system.

In the case with my grandsons, they have ran with it for well over 5 years. To be exact 5 years and 5 months. They are trying to drain me and break me down. But I'm not going anywhere. As long as my grandchildren are in foster care placement. I will do what ever it takes to get them brought up on charges. I will not stop. They have no respect or true family values of concerned for my grandsons, when I am here for them. They should have given me my grandsons.

It's my grandmotherly love to get them exposed. I'm not sleeping at night worrying about my grandchildren what's going on with them. My grandchildren are loved, wanted and missed. They have family.

THE SYSTEM IS BROKEN -OKLAHOMA FAMILY COURT ASSOCIATE DISTRICT JUDGE RICHARD W KIRBY

I thought that Judges are there to help the community out. Do their job and work to make things right. JUSTICE! JUSTICE! AND JUSTICE FOR ALL!

Its very sad when the judges fail the ones that depend on them to make it all better. I'm speaking in regards to children that are in the Oklahoma Foster Care System. Specifically my precious 5 grandsons. They have been in there since 3-2-2006. 5 years and 5 months.

This Judge that's over my grand children's case has allowed the others involved with this case to come before him and do what they want.

I'm curious to know how is that applied to any legal policy, when it comes to returning the children back to their family. I am the maternal and biological grandmother, that's been fighting for the longest to get my grandsons out of the system for quite sometime now.

Everyone included on my grandchildren case has objected to returning my grandsons to me. The mother she isn't nowhere included in the case any longer since she was coerced into signing over her parental rights in 2009 on 9-15.

The judge has denied me any visitation with my grandsons, he has denied my out of state guardianship, he has denied the writ of haebus corpus, he has denied the request for a home study so that I can't adopt my grandchildren. Judge Richard W Kirby has denied my adoption petition so that i can adopt my grandchildren.

Judge has made sure that I don't have any contact with my grandchildren. He has most definitely hurt my grandchildren emotionally just scarring them. My grandsons has been in the system for to long, they have been exposed to more than children should have to be. They are only children.

I'm their biological and maternal grandmother, that has a 3 bedroom, 2 bath, 2 car garage, home that's over 2,000 square feet. My home is adequate and established and furnished. My grandchildren they have a home to come too.

My grandchildren are loved, wanted, and missed. I moved here from Reno Nevada. Being a grandmother is a beautiful and wonderful experience. NO matter the trails and tribulations, I am a grandmother and I will not stop my journey to expose the dirt that's going on here in the state of Oklahoma Foster Care. How the children are being alienated, medicated, damaged and traumatized. This is real! My grandchildren are going through it every day.

The Judge-- Associate District Judge Richard W Kirby, he continues to allow this behavior to exist in his court room. He let those CPS workers bring forth cases for him to listen to. Where he let it ride meaning drag the cases out over the course of many years. Just like he has done, well doing to my grandsons. This case has been going on since 2006.

Associate District Judge Richard W Kirby, he is the 2ND judge to reign over my grandsons case.

I'm in shock at the corruption. Oh! its too much. It goes deep. It has deep pockets and everyone has their hand in it. This DHS /FAMILY COURT CORRUPTION IS BIG! BIG BUSINESS.

This is unreal as to how something like this actually hits home. I mean this is something that you would see on lifetime television. This is just not right at all. A movie like this would have you on the edge of your seat! IN TEARS!

Judge Richard W Kirby, Asst D A Jane Brown, Asst P D Ryan Hauser, DHS TARA BONE, DHS Howard Hendrick, they all are apart of the devious vengeance towards me. They have been unprofessional in handling of my grandchildren case. They do need to be investigated.

My grandchildren are suffering because of this. They don't need to be or for that matter should be. I have enough space at my home. These people and the state of Oklahoma DHS has denied me all across the board. They continue to act without INTEGRITY, FAILURE TO FOLLOW POLICY, they CONTINUE TO INFLICT EMOTIONAL HARM ON MY PRECIOUS 5 GRANDSONS.

My grandchildren they are continuously being shuffled, shifted and moved around in the Oklahoma Foster Care System as if they were pawns on a chest board. That truly an awful thing for my grandsons to have to go through. My grandsons case is just one case. Can you imagine the so many thousands and thousands of children in the system just floating and floating never being stable. That's a horror experience.

The children self-esteem is definitely damage. I worry about my grandchildren and their self image and how they will be once they are out of foster care. This is not right how the courts and the case workers work hard to keep the children in the foster care system and out of the homes.

When they should be working with those families that can and are able and willing to take the children. Yet! They will not work with them. For me that's exactly what has happened to me.

ALIENATION IN FOSTER CARE

Alienation in the foster care system in Oklahoma is a big problem and needs to be addressed.

Since my grandchildren has been in the Oklahoma Foster Care System, they have been aleinated from the family. They have not been given the opportunity to stay in touch with their love-ones. No phone calls or visits what so ever. From day one there hasn't been no regular visits with me and my grandsons.

My grandchildren has been in the system since March 2 2006.

For the past 5 years and 4 months they have been shuffled, shafted around from one placement to the other, without contact from me, their biological and maternal grandmother. The children's mother she was manipulated into relinquishing her parental rights, by the state letting her to believe that by her doing so, they would give the children to me. That took place on 9/15/09. It was a lie.

My grandchildren, they still remain in the Oklahoma Foster Care System, being moved from one foster care placement to the other.

Children shouldn't be alienated from their family and love ones. It's enough that the children are taken in the first place. Let alone be isolated and alienated from their family.

Stop the Alienation of children in the Oklahoma Foster Care Agency/Organization. It is only hurting the children even more from this segregation from their love ones.

Oklahoma Dhs has kept my grandchildren alienated from me because I've let the world and everyone else know what's going on with the wrong doing in the state of Oklahoma.

Tara Bone is the main person along with the others involved with my grand children's being in custody.

Judge Richard W Kirby, Asst DA Jane Brown and Asst PD Ryan Hauser have all been bias against me. It's an injustice that has taken place and it's not right.

It's not in the best interest of the children. My grandsons have been moved around in the foster care system for the past 5 years and 4 months. The worst thing ever is that my grandchildren haven't been allowed to have any contact with me.

Children should have continuing contact with their family and love ones.

The State Foster Care System are representing it self to be helping the children and families when in fact it's far from that.

Children shouldn't have to suffer while being taken from their home as it is. That is enough pain already. Let alone be kept away from their grandmother. The state has maliciously, deviously and intentionally kept my grand babies from me.

How could this be OK? It's definitely not in the best interest of the children.

I'm the children's biological and maternal grandmother. Their mother she was manipulated into giving up her parental rights. That took place on 9/15/2009. That's emotional damage from the start. My grandchildren deserve to be in contact with family and not be housed in the states foster care system being shuffled like game pieces.

My grandchildren are loved, wanted and missed they have family and love ones that are concerned about them and doesn't want them in the system. They have a home to come to. It's not need for all of this to be going on.

I have been put through tremendous hell on earth with the corrupt and vial acts, prejudice and evil acts that the persons named: Judge Kirby, DHS Tara Bone, Asst DA Jane Brown, and Asst Ryan Hauser, by what they have put me through and my family through.

But more than that! It's about them not doing their job and releasing my grandchildren to me. My grandchildren should have been home instead it's now over 5 years.

There is prejudice against me, and I say that from the experience I've been subjected to.

My reasons are listed as:

I've brought to the attention to all of my guardianship.

I've submitted an adoption petition.

I've completed foster care classes. Certificate for validation.

DHS Tara Bone/Asst DA requested that I never be granted permanent placement of my grandchildren.

DHS contacted Oklahoma Bare foundation and told them not to certify me through there organization.

Oklahoma DHS refused to do a home study evaluation of my home.

Judge Richard Kirby refused to order DHs to do a home study of my home.

Judge Richard Kirby kicked me out of his courtroom from further hearings.

Why wouldn't these folks not give me my grandchildren when I've shown them that How much i love my grandchildren and that I've relocated from out west.

I've a nice home in a nice neighborhood.

A 3 bedroom, 2 bath, 2 car garage

It's over 2,000 square feet.

I'm a Veteran, A registered voter, and I'm not a felon.

My grandchildren has suffered so much by the hands of these awful persons that holds these positions. It's not professional. Their values isn't of the highest and they lack the ability to ease the pain of the children in the states custody.

Children in the system, my grandchildren in the system has been alienated and it's an injustice. Children shouldn't be alienated from their love ones. Especially being that I am right here in the state of Oklahoma with them.

All of these individuals in their positions that they hold should be held accountable for their actions. It's about the children and not how they (the people over the case) can treat people like they have me. I am just a loving and caring grandmother that loves and wants her grandchildren out of the foster care system.

Children need to be with family. I am their family. I am their biological and maternal grandmother.

Yet! Here in the State of Oklahoma, City of Oklahoma City, County of Oklahoma, The persons mentioned above have caused tremendous pain and suffering to our family, my precious grandchildren are the ones that have done the most enduring of pain and suffering by being away in the foster care system with no contact with us at all.

As long as children has a place to come to and not have to remain in the system no more than they have to is the key and reason for the State to give the children back. Yet! that is not the case with my grandsons that's under those persons mentioned above

This is ridiculous and absurd. This is an injustice. Surely and certainly not in the best interest of my grandchildren. This is unprofessional and unethical practice.

Too! believe that these persons go to church and serve GOD, what God don't know, but it can't be the almighty God that's looking down on the whole earth and the seas.

My grandchildren has been in the Oklahoma foster care system since March 2 2006 and has been alienated from me, their grandmother, that wants to see them and talk to them. I want to be included in their lives.

Grandparents are important and vital to their grandchildren growing up. Being in their lives are crucial. It's beneficial and rewarding.

My grandsons are now ages 14, 12, 11, 10, and 7 years of age.

They have been in the system since 2006 of March.

All these individuals that I've mentioned are the reasons why my grandchildren remains in the Oklahoma Foster Care System, just going from one placement to another and floating about. They have alienated my grandsons from me. We gets no visitation nor any phone calls. I haven't seen my grandchildren in over a year, since 2/16/2010.

They Kirby, Brown,Hauser and Bone have targeted me and definitely abused their power. Because I use my Freedom of Speech. Those mentioned above has used that against me.

They have taken my grandchildren away from me. They are putting me through pure HELL, I just want my grandsons out of the foster care system. My grandsons don't need to be shuffled around and shafted from place to place. My grandsons have a family and a home to come to. My grandchildren are loved, wanted and missed.

My grandchildren needs me. To not be include in their lives is devastating for all of us.

The way that I've been treated for wanting my grandchildren out of the states foster care system and putting forth effort to see that they get home. The denials and interference. This is an injustice. There hasn't been any justice for me and my grandsons.

Oklahoma DHS states that as long as the family has the basic needs met for the family. Meaning the children are being provided for, then the children will be released. Oklahoma Dhs goals are to strengthened the families. Not wreak havoc up on them.

Oklahoma DHS are to help the families and the children! Not keep them in the system for as long as they have like they have done with my grandchilden. I have 5 grandsons that's floating about in the foster care system.

All the Oklahoma DHS TARA BONE, has done was interrupt my placement of my grandchildren with me, the boys maternal and biological grandmother.

The ones that has interfered with my grandchildren return are:

Associate District Judge Richard W Kirby, A.D.A Jane Brown, A.P.D Ryan Hauser, and The Oklahoma DHS Supervisor Tara Bone. They have done me wrong and continue to do vicious and vengeful deeds.

PEOPLE! MY AUDIENCE WHAT'S WRONG HERE? THERE IS A PROBLEM HERE!!!!

As long as the needs of the children are being met and are being provide for then my grandsons shouldn't be in foster care. It's been 5 years and 4 months. I love my grandchildren, and they are not forgotten, they are in my heart, I miss them very much.

What else is there for one to do in order to get their grandchildren and or love ones out of the foster care system.? I have all that i need to provide for my grandsons, that's been in the states custody since 3/2/2006. I am being the targeted because I am using my Freedom Of Speech and because of that they have denied me my grandchildren: Visitation and Placement of Them! That's wrong! It's an injustice.

Tara Bone has been on my grandchildren's case from the beginning. She has made it appoint to be at every court hearing. 2/8/2011, Tara Bone went on record requesting that i the grandmother never be granted placement of the children.

Tara Bone also went on record requesting that i be excluded from further court proceedings because i wasn't present for court hearing on 2/8/2011. The Judge on the case. Associate District Judge Richard W Kirby he granted the request.

TO NEVER BE GRANTED PLACEMENT FOR MY VERY OWN GRANDCHILDREN.

Please pray for me and my grandchildren. We are being treated terrible in The State of Oklahoma. The Oklahoma family Court and Oklahoma DHS are putting my family through pure hell. My grandchildren continues to suffer without any visitation from family and love-ones.

TARA BONE of Oklahoma DHS, Jane Brown the A.D.A, Ryan Hauser the A.P.D, and the Associate District Judge Richard W Kirby, they all have targeted me and has personal issues and are holding my grandchildren in the Oklahoma Foster Care System when it's no need for it. My grandsons are being shuffled and shafted around from placement to placement. That's not right.

I am here and the folks mention above has deliberately and spitefully are putting this family through HELL! My grandsons are suffering at the hands of all these people.

Tara Bone, Jane Brown, Ryan Hauser, Judge Richard W Kirby, they all has caused considerable amount of emotional stress on this family. All of them are playing apart in this attack on me.

They have already succeeded in my daughter giving up her parental rights and lying to her, that i would get my grandchildren.

5 years 4 months. My grandchildren has a home to come to. I'm no felon and I love my grandchildren.

Please pray for me and my grandchildren. Our family has been attacked by Okdhs.

My family has been stripped from me. My oldest and first 5 grandsons. My family stripped from me that's enough for anyone to fight hard to do all that one can and needs to do to get them back home. It's been 5 years and 4 months that the state has been fighting to keep my grandchildren in the system and away from me.

It's about family! Yet these folks continue to halt the release of my grandchildren. I'm the children maternal and biological family member. I just want my grandchildren home and out of the foster care system. It should not be a problem, considering that i have everything needed for my grandchildren to be placed with me.

Family, make sure they take care of their own. When one comes forth to do what's right and in Gods eyes. Family is the foundation and it would be for the Oklahoma DHS to place the children with caring and loving relatives that are willing to take in the children and get them out of the foster care system.

Why 5 years and 4 months. Children shouldn't have to remain in the states custody all this time. It's a disgrace.

Family is the key! So why is this corruption going on here in the State of Oklahoma. Why is it being allowed?

Everyone believes in Family! YET! The State continues to deny me my grandchildren and they remain in the system floating and without any contact with me.

FAMILY! FAMILY! OKLAHOMA determined to EX OUT MY FAMILY, DESTROYING OUR FAMILY. My GRANDCHILDREN HAS BEEN THROUGH ENOUGH.

EVIL AS THEY COME!

TARA BONE of DHS a now supervisor, and initial case worker from the beginning of the case dating back to March 2 2006. Tara Bone has ask the judge. Judge Richard Kirby to never allow me to have my grandchildren. In other words that i never be granted placement of my grandsons.

This is an act of vengeance and prejudice against me. This is a cruel, cold hearted, and devious act. Because of this my grandchildren are suffering.

Please pray for my grandchildren and keep us in your prayers as the Oklahoma Family Court and Oklahoma DHS do everything to divide our family permanently.
