Associate Judge Richard W Kirby

I thought judges were to do the right thing! On the contrary this man who wears a Black Robe! That sits on the bench in the State of Oklahoma, In the county of Oklahoma. That heads the Oklahoma County Juvenile Justice Center.

I am so disgusted and frustrated at how this man runs his court! How he let Oklahoma DHS run him in his own courtroom.

Judge Richard Kirby! He knows deep down in his heart that my grandchildren should be with me.

He knows everything that I done to get my grandsons out of the foster care system. If he doesn't know of it, then that's only because he don't care about doing the right thing and that is to hurry and get the children out of the foster care system and with family.

This judged denied me my grandchildren. He refused to order Oklahoma DHS to give me a Home - study of my Oklahoma residence which I would pass and get my grandchildren out of the system.

This man definitely is bias and prejudice. He doesn't need to be in a position to help people if he isn't going to do just that. He works in the children's department/ family court.

Judge Kirby has failed my grandchildren.

Just recently, which I wrote and asked him to send me my grandsons sizes so that I could send my grandsons some packages of clothing and a few other items. This man will not give me anything.

This is the person that kicked me out of court at the request of Oklahoma DHS on 2.8.2011, because I wasn't present, which I wasn't informed of the court date change. My knowledge was the date was 2.9.2011. There is no way that I would of missed a court date that was so important to me and my grandchildren.

This judge will not let me have visitation with my grandsons. I haven't seen my grandchildren since 2.16.2010. This is cruel! Just Sickening. This is awful.

The judge granted the request of Oklahoma DHS. That is no way right!

My precious grandchildren! Grandma, has not forgotten you! You're not Forgotten!

Dear Melvin, Michael, Mizael, Teriq and Eric,

It's your grandma Farina Thompson, I know that you boys have gone through so much. Remember that you all do have family that love you and wants you.

My dear and precious grandsons, You are loved, wanted and missed! You boys are always in my heart. I miss you all so much til it hurts. I stare and gaze at your pictures all the time.

Grandma prays for our family each and every day and night. It's not fair for what has happened to you all. I am very saddened at how the Oklahoma foster care system has treated this case. Grandma wants you all to know that I will not stop trying to get you boys home. It truly pains me that the Judge and DHS continues to let you kids stays in the foster care system, just floating around going from placement to placement.

I wish I could hold each of you and take away those tears of pain and suffering! I love you all with every ounce of blood that's flowing in my veins in my body.

"Family! It's About Family"

Hi my name is Farina Thompson.

I am the maternal and biological grandmother to 5 wonderful and adorable young boys that are in the Oklahoma Foster Care System. To date is has been 5 years-9months-4days that my grandsons were taken by Oklahoma DHS. On March 2 2006. A truly emotional time for my family.

The last time that i had a visit with my grandsons were on 2.16.2010. I have not heard their voices or seen their faces or even talked to them on the phone. My grandsons have been alienated and isolated from me. From Day one we have not had regular visits. As I understand that as long as children are in foster care, that they are to have continuous contact with their family, love ones and relatives. My life and the lives of my precious grandsons has been interrupted and shattered by the State of Oklahoma! Oklahoma Department of Human Services/Foster Care Division.

Family, It's about family! Everywhere you turn, It's Family!

That was my idea of what any foster care agency/organization was all about. Or so I thought! Anyway! Here in Oklahoma it's totally disturbing to me at how this state process their child welfare cases. It's sad, emotional and truly frustrating! It's not right or justice at all. I haven't seen nothing like it in my life! This state has denied me everything that I've brought forward, that's Oklahoma DHS and the Oklahoma Family Court System. It's supposed to be about the children! Taking care of the children and making sure that they are being reunited with their biological family and loveones as soon as possible. To make sure that they suffer a minimum of separation from their home and family.

It's about FAMILY! Strengthening the American Families is the Key! Family is foundation!

The case with my grandsons. That is not what happenned. My grandsons are still in the Oklahoma foster care system. They are floating from one placement to the next. All the while the state has my grandchildren alienated and isolated from me. No phone calls, not anything at all, with the exception of letter writing. That's my only communication and bonding with my grandsons.

I have traveled the distance, moved to Oklahoma from Nevada. I brought forth my guardianship, which was denied, as well as all the following, Foster/Adopt training classes certificates from Nevada, Petition to Adopt my grandchildren, Foster Parenting classes in Oklahoma were denied. Some one from the Oklahoma Department of Human Services called the Bair Foundation where i was preparing to get certified in order to get my grandchildren out of foster care, A telephone call was made to put a stop to that from Oklahoma DHS Headquarters.

It's about family and doing the right thing! Right! Well I have done that. From the Judge on down to the Oklahoma Dept of Human Services has denied me the right to my grandchildren. I am a responsible, reliable, independent, mature grown adult. I am a registered voter. "Felons can't vote", I am not a felon. I have never been to prison. I am ex - military. I quarter mastered in the Army. My MOS was 76v10.There is nothing wrong with my financial Status, I have a decent & study income. I have a vehicle that's bought and paid for. I have a washer and dryer. I have a phone. I have a refrigerator full of food. All of my bills are in my name. I have a checking account and savings account. I have insurance. I have the children's rooms all together. I have enough beds for all of my grandsons. I have everything that I need for my grandbabies. My grandsons, they need family. I have a nice and wonderful 3 bedroom + 2 bath + 2 car garage home it's over 2,000 square feet. I have more than enough space for my precious grandsons. It's about Family!

I don't need not one cent to beable to provide for my grandchildren.

Children in foster care shouldn't have to go through what my grandsons are having to endure with. It's just wrong! It's an injustice to us. What they are doing to my precious grandsons and our family. We have already lost so much, that we will never beable to get back. Look at all the years that the state has taken away from me and my grandsons. Over 5 years and 9 monts nearly 6 years. That's cruel! Look what it has done to my children? I'm concerned about their self-esteem, their emotions, their inner self, what they must be thinking of themselves. My grandchildren being in foster care all this time for the past 5 years and 9 months! My grandsons who knows what they could be thinking? Or what they are being told for instance? Thinking they are not wanted, not loved, that they are thrown away! Thinking they have no family that wants them. That's awful for a child having to think of that being very young and in foster care placement. No child! Should have to suffer like this. My grandchildren are doing just that!

My grandchildren have family! They are not Forgotten! No! They aren't! I will never forget them as long as I am alive! They are my family! I will continue my fight for justice. This case with my grandsons, will not die! I will not let it be just another case or a statistic. It will not be swept under the rug!

Family? The system is broken! Definitely needs to be fixed. Family Court is a major part of this. This is the State of Oklahoma. My God! It's totally backwards here in this part of the country. Family, the children they need their family, my precious grandsons, they need their family, they need to be home. I want to hug my grandchildren! They are everything to me! They are my life! So precious to me!

I will continue to expose the wrong doings that are going on here in the state of Oklahoma, As long as this state continue to house my grandsons and keep them away from me. It's don't make any sense for the actions of this state to alienate and isolated my grandsons from me. I'm their blood family, their maternal and biological grandmother.

Oklahoma DHS refuses to work with me to return, reunite my grandsons back with our family. My grandsons deserves to be back with their family. Not to be moving around in the foster care system, going from placement to placement. That's surely not in the best interest of the child! We are family! Isn't it about family? Being there and helping family?

My grandchildren, they haven't seen me since 2.16.2010. That's cruel!

Just very recently, I have written the Judge and requested my grandchildren's clothes and shoe sizes to be able to send them some items, being purchased from me. They would know that

I am still here, as well as the letters that I send to them. Any way the judge as well as the DHS worker will not give me my grandsons sizes so I can go shopping for them.

Also not anyone will communicate with me to inform me of what's going on with my grandchildren. They are truly trying to keep my grandchildren from remembering me. This is very strange behavior coming from "So call professionals" It's not adequate giving the situation at hand. It's about the children and their family being reunited and getting out of the foster care system.

case# JD-06-180, out of the State of Oklahoma and the County of Oklahoma. The Judge over the case would be: Judge Richard W Kirby. The Assistant D.A. would be Jane Brown. DHS Director would be: Howard Hendrick and the DHS Supervisor would be: Tara Bone, By the way,was the initial case worker in 2006. She has played a big part in the case for it lasting for nearly 6 years. Oh yes! She has!

It's about Family and NOT the Foster Care System housing our children and keeping them alienated and isolated, from their loving and biological family that wants them.

This Letter is to my grandchildren. My grandchildren that i love so much, My grandchildren that i haven't seen since, 2.16.2010 because the state of Oklahoma DHS, Tara Bone DHS supervisor and The Associate District Judge Richard W Kirby has alienated and Isolated them from me, I'm their maternal and biological grandmother.

To My Grandchildren-- Melvin, Michael, Mizael, Teriq and Eric, To my precious and adorable grandsons, my babies. Grandma loves you and I am always thinking of you and your brothers. I miss all of you very much. You all being away from me is every bit of pain and suffering and nothing short of a nightmare. It's not a night that goes by that grandma don't shed tears of pain because we are still separated and you boys are still in the Oklahoma foster care system.

Grandma, wishes to hear you boys voices and to see the smiles on your faces. I feel the pain that you all do. It is not right for you children having to suffer and be in the system floating around bouncing from placement to placement and going from group home to group home. It's not right! Especially when i am able to care for all of you. Grandma doesn't need any money from no one to raise and take care of all of you. I have everything.

Oklahoma will not even let you all call me or even return my many letters that I write and send you boys on a regular basis.

My grandsons, never forget-- Your grandmother didn't abandon you. You are loved, wanted, and missed. I travelled from Reno Nevada to Oklahoma and eventually relocated out to Oklahoma. Oh Yeah! I love you boys dearly. It saddens me that the those folks have kept us away from each other.

I know it's been a long time since we have seen one another. It is sad that we live in the same world of the very folks that keep family separated and apart. It not right.

My precious grandchildren, I love you and I pray that we will soon get through this. Our lives has changed drastically because of this. I know it's not been easy. But I want you children to know that I love you boys with every ounce of blood that's flowing through my body in my veins. I love you boys so much till it hurts. "Hurts Bad" Grandma Misses You A Great Deal!

This has been a terrible nightmare for us all. Mainly you children that has been taken away from our family whom we have suffered a great loss to our family. When you all were taken away back on March 2 2006. It's nothing but pain and aggravation! Pure frustration and sleepless nights!

My grandchildren, my precious grandsons I love you. I miss you. I want you home too. You all are not forgotten. You all do have family that love you and our lives will never be the same without you.

Grandma's prayers are with you. You're always close to me in my heart! I say a prayer for all of us each and every night. Grandma hasn't forgotten about you boys. My grandsons are my world. Love you from the bottom of my heart.

Oklahoma Dhs has kept my grandchildren alienated from me because I've let the world and everyone else know what's going on with the wrong doing in the state of Oklahoma.

Tara Bone is the main person along with the others involved with my grand children's being in custody.

Judge Richard W Kirby, Asst DA Jane Brown and Asst PD Ryan Hauser have all been bias against me. It's an injustice that has taken place and it's not right.

It's not in the best interest of the children. My grandsons have been moved around in the foster care system for the past 5 years and 4 months. The worst thing ever is that my grandchildren haven't been allowed to have any contact with me.

Children should have continuing contact with their family and love ones.

The State Foster Care System are representing it self to be helping the children and families when in fact it's far from that.

Children shouldn't have to suffer while being taken from their home as it is. That is enough pain already. Let alone be kept away from their grandmother. The state has maliciously, deviously and intentionally kept my grand babies from me.

How could this be OK? It's definitely not in the best interest of the children.

I'm the children's biological and maternal grandmother. Their mother she was manipulated into giving up her parental rights. That took place on 9/15/2009. That's emotional damage from the start. My grandchildren deserve to be in contact with family and not be housed in the states foster care system being shuffled like game pieces.

My grandchildren are loved, wanted and missed they have family and love ones that are concerned about them and doesn't want them in the system. They have a home to come to. It's not need for all of this to be going on.

I have been put through tremendous hell on earth with the corrupt and vial acts, prejudice and evil acts that the persons named: Judge Kirby, DHS Tara Bone, Asst DA Jane Brown, and Asst Ryan Hauser, by what they have put me through and my family through.

But more than that! It's about them not doing their job and releasing my grandchildren to me. My grandchildren should have been home instead it's now over 5 years.

There is prejudice against me, and I say that from the experience I've been subjected to.

My reasons are listed as:

I've brought to the attention to all of my guardianship.

I've submitted an adoption petition.

I've completed foster care classes. Certificate for validation.

DHS Tara Bone/Asst DA requested that I never be granted permanent placement of my grandchildren.

DHS contacted Oklahoma Bare foundation and told them not to certify me through there organization.

Oklahoma DHS refused to do a home study evaluation of my home.

Judge Richard Kirby refused to order DHs to do a home study of my home.

Judge Richard Kirby kicked me out of his courtroom from further hearings.

Why wouldn't these folks not give me my grandchildren when I've shown them that How much i love my grandchildren and that I've relocated from out west.

I've a nice home in a nice neighborhood.

A 3 bedroom, 2 bath, 2 car garage

It's over 2,000 square feet.

I'm a Veteran, A registered voter, and I'm not a felon.

My grandchildren has suffered so much by the hands of these awful persons that holds these positions. It's not professional. Their values isn't of the highest and they lack the ability to ease the pain of the children in the states custody.

Children in the system, my grandchildren in the system has been alienated and it's an injustice. Children shouldn't be alienated from their love ones. Especially being that I am right here in the state of Oklahoma with them.

All of these individuals in their positions that they hold should be held accountable for their actions. It's about the children and not how they (the people over the case) can treat people like they have me. I am just a loving and caring grandmother that loves and wants her grandchildren out of the foster care system.

They should be reprimanded for their behavior and actions:

DHS Tara Bone,

Asst DA Jane Brown,

Asst PD Ryan Hauser.

Children need to be with family. I am their family. I am their biological and maternal grandmother.

Yet! Here in the State of Oklahoma, City of Oklahoma City, County of Oklahoma, The persons mentioned above have caused tremendous pain and suffering to our family, my precious grandchildren are the ones that have done the most enduring of pain and suffering by being away in the foster care system with no contact with us at all.

As long as children has a place to come to and not have to remain in the system no more than they have to is the key and reason for the State to give the children back. Yet! that is not the case with my grandsons that's under those persons mentioned above

This is ridiculous and absurd. This is an injustice. Surely and certainly not in the best interest of my grandchildren. This is unprofessional and unethical practice.

Too! believe that these persons go to church and serve GOD, what God don't know, but it can't be the almighty God that's looking down on the whole earth and the seas.

My grandchildren has been in the Oklahoma foster care system since March 2 2006 and has been alienated from me, their grandmother, that wants to see them and talk to them. I want to be included in their lives.

Grandparents are important and vital to their grandchildren growing up. Being in their lives are crucial. It's beneficial and rewarding.

My grandsons are now ages 14, 12, 11, 10, and 7 years of age.

They have been in the system since 2006 of March.

Oklahoma DHS states that as long as the family has the basic needs met for the family. Meaning the children are being provided for, then the children will be released. Oklahoma Dhs goals are to strengthened the families. Not wreak havoc up on them.

Oklahoma DHS are to help the families and the children! Not keep them in the system for as long as they have like they have done with my grandchilden. I have 5 grandsons that's floating about in the foster care system.

All the Oklahoma DHS TARA BONE, has done was interrupt my placement of my grandchildren with me, the boys maternal and biological grandmother.

The ones that has interfered with my grandchildren return are:

Associate District Judge Richard W Kirby, A.D.A Jane Brown, A.P.D Ryan Hauser, and The Oklahoma DHS Supervisor Tara Bone. They have done me wrong and continue to do vicious and vengeful deeds.

PEOPLE! MY AUDIENCE WHAT'S WRONG HERE? THERE IS A PROBLEM HERE!!!!

As long as the needs of the children are being met and are being provide for then my grandsons shouldn't be in foster care. It's been 5 years and 4 months. I love my grandchildren, and they are not forgotten, they are in my heart, I miss them very much.

I've provided the needs for my grandchildren:

• Residence
• Telephone
• Basics living necessities
• Working utilities
• Food and Groceries
• Deep Freezer full of meat
• Bed
• Clothing
• Clean and Neat residence, Living quarters
• Adequate space
• Financial Security, Stable Income
• Transportation
• Loving Home
• Foster Care Classes
• I'M A RESPONSIBLE ADULT AND LOVING GRANDPARENT

What else is there for one to do in order to get their grandchildren and or love ones out of the foster care system.? I have all that i need to provide for my grandsons, that's been in the states custody since 3/2/2006. I am being the targeted because I am using my Freedom Of Speech and because of that they have denied me my grandchildren: Visitation and Placement of Them! That's wrong! It's an injustice.

Tara Bone has been on my grandchildren's case from the beginning. She has made it appoint to be at every court hearing. 2/8/2011, Tara Bone went on record requesting that i the grandmother never be granted placement of the children.

Tara Bone also went on record requesting that i be excluded from further court proceedings because i wasn't present for court hearing on 2/8/2011. The Judge on the case. Associate District Judge Richard W Kirby he granted the request.

TO NEVER BE GRANTED PLACEMENT FOR MY VERY OWN GRANDCHILDREN.

Please pray for me and my grandchildren. We are being treated terrible in The State of Oklahoma. The Oklahoma family Court and Oklahoma DHS are putting my family through pure hell. My grandchildren continues to suffer without any visitation from family and love-ones.

Tara Bone of Oklahoma DHS, has been on my grandchildren case from day one, starting 3/2/2006. Tara Bone has been the catalyst and she has a personal vendetta against me. She has requested that I the children's maternal and biological grandmother never be considered placement for my grandsons.

Tara Bone, she was the initial case worker back in 2006. Since then she's moved up to supervisor. She's done everything she can to keep me from my grandchildren.

Oklahoma DHS is a mad house and needs to be cleaned up!

So many children has suffered more damage than a little bit by the hands of DHS.

JUDGE RICHARD W KIRBY,

Before he be came a judge, he is man. Because of his actions, it most definitely shows that noone is above ILL feelings. Judge Kirby, he is very much a man of action, he has kicked me out of the court room where I have been going before him, to get my grandsons out of the system.

This judge he has denied everything that I've presented to him via representation of course. My grandchildren has suffered because of this.

It shows that, the children that are in the states custody, it's not about them! I have been fighting for my grandsons and the system has only delayed the process, for my grandchildren to be released.

My daughter she has relinquished her parental rights because the Judge denied her request to come home to me, so that I could help her with her children. Judge Kirby denied that all together. It has been over whelming and my daughter she gave up and left my grandsons in the system. She had 6 FELONIES! This young lady, she really needed help.

Judge Richard W Kirby, he has failed the my grandchildren. My grandchildren are suffering in the foster care system and because of that they are a float in the system. Not only that, the Judge he refuses to let my grandchildren have anything to do with me.

I continue to write my grandchildren. I love my grandsons very much.

This is the worst thing ever for one having to endure.

Foster Care isn't no place for children! How can the court continue to allow the children to suffer in the foster care system when there is placement for the children with their biological family. I'm their grandmother.

Before I actually moved to Oklahoma, I was receiving static from the Oklahoma DHS, from the then worker Tara Bone, which, by the way she is now the Supervisor of the case.

Everyone involved with my grandsons case has ILL FEELINGS in regards to me fighting for my grandchildren to getting them released from the system.

The Judge hasn't done the job that he took an OATH to do.

Hi my name is Farina Thompson, I'm a grandmother that's grieving and missing my grandchildren that's in Oklahoma Foster Care.

I'm posting today on the key essentials to families and children, that they need the connection of family so they can bond.

My grandchildren they have been in foster care since March 2 2006. We haven't had regular visits since my grandsons were taken. I haven't seen them since 2-16-2010. I am going through it. I can only imagine what my grand babies are feeling. This is wrong.

The Oklahoma Family Court-- Judge Richard W Kirby hasn't let me see my grandsons. The DHS initial case worker from the beginning by the name of Tara Bone, she is the one that has directed the case primarily.

Family strengthening is the key to building strong families. Not taking peoples children and refusing to work with them. The children mother she needed help and yet the family court-- Judge Kirby denied her request to return home where she could receive that help.

My daughter she relinquished her parental rights on 9-15-2009. DHS since, has kept my grandchildren away from me with no visitation or phone calls. It's been terrible not to hear my grandchildren voice or to be able to hug them.

Family bonding and being included in the children lives are very important. Even more, It's essential for the children to be in touch with their grandparent(s).

FOSTER CARE! OMG! WHERE DO I START: IT'S NO PLACE FOR CHILDREN:

Hi I am Farina Thompson, a grandmother that's currently in the State of Oklahoma, and has been since, 2008, after moving here from the State of Nevada. I only came here because of my grandchildren, they were taken, by Oklahoma DHS, from their mother, my daughter, and taken into custody and put into foster care. That was 5 years ago on 3/2/2006.

Oklahoma has continuously denied me my grandchildren! I remain in disbelief over the process of these so called PROFESSIONALS, as they call themselves. How they truly believe that they are just in their actions on this case. Are beyond me.

Foster Care simply put: Isn't no place for children at all what so ever! It should never be long term placement! My God! My grand babies has been in there, way too long! Since 2006. It's not justice, how these Oklahomans has processed my grandsons case.

I'm Tired! Drained! and Yet!, I will not give up on the journey of getting my grandchildren out of foster care. Foster care is so! Not the place for children. For no children at all!

With the case of my 5 grandsons, here in the State Of Oklahoma. From the start, right off the bat it wasn't going well: The initial case worker her name is Tara J Bone, she wasn't all that helpful to my daughter. Tara Bone, an employee of DHS, which she has now moved up in rank. She's at every court hearing there is. At the request of DHS, that I be excluded from future court hearings. This request was granted on 2-8-2011 by Judge Ricard W Kirby. Which I wasn't present, and they feel that's justice for dismissing me from the case. It was some some shuffling around with the court date and I wasn't notified. Initial court date was 2-9-2011. How ever I wasn't there and the dirt was renderred.

Children in foster care should be returned home to the family as soon as possible. Of course everything has to be checked out! Alright! Now! with that being said: Oklahoma DHS wouldn't do that for our family, for my grandchildren. They wouldn't work with me. Instead, they pass judgement, they let their personal feelings get in the way, because of that they-- Oklahoma DHS have kept my grandchildren alienated from me. I haven't seen my grand babies or heard their voices in over a year since 2-16-2010. That date was the last visit we had.

We have never had regular visitation from the beginning. There was a problem with visits from the very start on since 3/2/2006.

Judge Richard W Kirby, Assistant D.A. Jane Brown, Public Defender William Ryan Hauser, DHS Tara Bone, which she is now the supervisor, in the beginning she was the initial case worker, Oklahoma Casa, DHS Director- Howard Hendrick, DHS Director's Aid- Margaret Noble, they all opposes placing my grandchildren with me. (All of these folks I've met, except the Director I've not met him.)

These folks have a personal vendetta against me. What they have done to me and my grand -babies

Is an Injustice.

DHS has put it in writing that they have denied me placement of my grandchildren because of a 1982 Food Stamp Case! That doesn't make any sense! Oklahoma is calling it a Felony! That's the basis according to them, for not giving me my grandchildren. I don't have any felonies, I have never been to prison! Shortly after that I enlisted into the United States Army. No one can enlist into any branch of service with a felony, Come On! What's up with this? I'm good enough to enlist and serve a great country, Yet I'm not good enough to come to the aid of my grandchildren, to raise, love and nurture them?

I've provided, to Oklahoma DHS, all of my credentials, proof of diplomas, classes taken, my finances, stating I have my own money and doesn't need any money from public assistance to care for my grandchildren. This is ridiculous! This here shows that I've been targeted and that these so called Professionals are bias towards me.

Their actions, has only led to the continuous separation of my grandchildren and the family. My grandchildren remains in the Oklahoma foster care system, being shuffled, shafted and moving around like ping pong balls. It's emotional and disturbing at the unprofessional behavior of this states' agency. This is inconceivable! Everything that they have done to me and my grandchildren. They have not released my grandchildren. How this case has went on, dragged on for years. 5 years! How they are continuing their unjust attitude and behavior.

Keeping children in the foster care system, doped up on medication, over medicating my grandchildren. Alienating my grandsons from me. Most definitely! Not in the best interest of my grand babies.This is outrageous! devastating to so many families, including my own. DHS has caused my family nothing but heartaches and pain, plenty of restless nights, painful it is, just has been a complete horror in living day light!

Nothing can ease the pain and suffering, that one feels when your, love-ones has been taken by a corrupted government agency. An agency that will falsify documents and purger themselves in court, in order to keep your children in the system. Then to top that off when the family court judge that's presiding over the case, will not give you your grandchildren, because of his power and domination.

This is an injustice! With this going on and no one willing to look at this, children in foster care will suffer a great deal. My grandsons should have been out of the foster care system long time ago!Yet! today after 5 years, they still remains. If those professional people would of done their job and acted accordingly. To provide justice and due diligence to each case. Then my grandsons would be home. We would have closure and be rebuilding our lives.

March 2 2006, my grandsons were taken, now that was 5 years ago. My precious grand babies has aged and are now the ages of: 14 years, soon to be 15 in Dec 2011, 12 years, 11 years, 10 years and 7 years of age.

My adorable grandchildren, they are loved, wanted and truly missed. They are being held against their will. As well as being alienated from me, (their biological and maternal grandmother). By the hands of Oklahoma DHS and the actions of them and of the presiding Judge by the name of Richard W Kirby, he's the ASSOCIATE DISTRICT JUDGE.

Oklahoma DHS/foster care division needs to be investigated, and or shut down to make changes in order to help the many families and children that are preyed upon, and surely to go through complete hell, just as I have and continues to endure the sadness of not being involved in my grand children's lives.

Not being able to see my grand babies, which I haven't seen them in over one year, would be the same pain as if my chest had been impaled by knife. The pain, no one can imagine!

The bottom line would be: That of Oklahoma DHS has impeded with the release of my grandchildren being placed with me, because of their unlawful, unethical acts. It has surely had an emotional impact my grandchildren. Their frame of mind. Their mental state. One can only image how children are affected once they are in the hands of a state agency such as Foster Care.

Everyone involved in such cases as this, such as my, my precious grandchildren should be held accountable for their actions! No one is above the law including the judge himself! He's allowed for my grandchildren to remain in foster care. Despite what is Justice and Right.

Justice for all! Not justice for some!!!!! JUSTICE FOR ALL.

I will not stop my journey for justice until my grandchildren are home.

Strengthen Not Destroy

The American Family

How can we as American Families, be safe in our own homes, when soon as the social services agencies, and there is so many that has the same purpose in mind, but have different names that they go by. They can take our children and cause us to go through such hell to get our children returned. Not only that our babies are subjected to who knows what in the system

The system should be strengthening and helping the families instead of doing just the opposite that being destroying the American Families.

When the children are taken into foster care. The government agency should be working to get those children back to their families. It shouldn't be allowed to continue to drag out the case. Like in my grandchildren's case. Their case has had 2 Judges and It has been strung out for 5 years and while that has been going on. My grandchildren hasn't had any regular visitation with the family. Just awful. We have been treated terrible an injustice. My grandchildren and our family has sufferred tremendously.

Strengthen and Not Destroy our families. That's what it should be. We are the American Families. We live on the same American Soil.

From a grieving grandmother that feels the pain of being without her babies. Because of the malicious and devious acts that's been allowed and approved for these individuals who don't care about our children, just get away with it.

The system is really corrupted! They are destroying the American Families verse Helping and Strengthening our Families that need the help.

Our Chldren Needs To See and Visit Us

Our children, they need to see us. They are in foster care and do need to know that we are here for them. They need our hugs and should be allowed to be in contact with the family.

It's not right for the state to alienate our babies from us. We are their love-ones and family members.

My grandbabies has been out of our home for quite sometime now, since 2006. I've been on a journey to get my grandchildren returned and reunited with the family for the past 5 years.

It has been an emotional 5 years and not been allowed to be included in my grandchildrens lives is exceptional cruel and i call it a malicious and devious act.

I am here for my grandchildren. They are loved, wanted and missed. They have a home. They were and are not abandoned. For the state to continue to keep me and my grandchildren apart is unethical. It's a total conspiracy and a personal vendetta against me and my family.

My grandchildren they knows me, I've always been in their lives from day one of thier birth.

My grandchildren hasn't had regular visits since they have been in foster care. No phone communication, nothing. That's alot for a child do have to deal with when they are out of the home and not with their family.

Children needs to see their love-ones. It's damaging and emotional when they are alienated from their family. Our babies need to hear our voices.

To all those persons that's in the same, similar situation that i am enduring, You must contact your state officials and inform them of your current situation and let them beaware of it. Tell the whole world what they have done to you and your famly. Get connected and be informed of all your Rights that you have.

I'm still fighting for my grandchildren. They are still in the system and placed all over in the state of Oklahoma. To this day I've no communication or visitation with my grandsons. I've not been given an Ok, to have regular visits or talk on the phone or even allowed to know where they are placed.
This is going on the 4Th year that my grandsons have been in OKDHS custody and they are definitely trying to adopt my grandchildren out to strangers.

This is just so outrageous, i don't understand this at all. Totally inconceivable to anyone unless you are dealing with this yourself.

I've been treated like garbage, with no respect, I'm these kids grandmother, who has moved and relocated from Reno Nevada to Oklahoma to fight for my babies. I'm not asking no one for anything at all. I just want my grandsons back home where they belong.

I have no felonies, nor have i ever been to prison. I just don't understand how they are (the OKDHS) are practicing, how they can just take peoples children and adopt them out and go on about their business as if nothing has ever taken place.

OKDHS and all who are involved are pure evil , cruel and plain devious.
I've been through so much with this state fighting for my grandsons, I'm not going anywhere until my grandchildren are back home in my care and custody. I'm a loving grandmother, I'm here for my boys, God has blessed me with for i am their grandmother, and they are my grandsons. I am here to stay for them for as long as it takes, we will be walking hand in hand together. I've done nothing wrong for these people of this state agency to keep me and my grandsons apart such as they have. I refused to let go and give in to this madness. No way. The next court Date is set for January 19Th, 2010 with Judge Richard W. Kirby
On this day in court- Motions for visitation, and Motions to intervene they both will be heard. Also on that day as well- The Adoption Petition was to be considered, however the Judge because of the OKDHS DA Jane Brown has now said that the children are not adoptable. So Judge Kirby has put the Adoption Petition on hold. (that's crazy and insane)
So the next court date is January 19Th, 2010 @ 9am
