"Family! It's About Family"

Hi my name is Farina Thompson.

I am the maternal and biological grandmother to 5 wonderful and adorable young boys that are in the Oklahoma Foster Care System. To date is has been 5 years-9months-4days that my grandsons were taken by Oklahoma DHS. On March 2 2006. A truly emotional time for my family.

The last time that i had a visit with my grandsons were on 2.16.2010. I have not heard their voices or seen their faces or even talked to them on the phone. My grandsons have been alienated and isolated from me. From Day one we have not had regular visits. As I understand that as long as children are in foster care, that they are to have continuous contact with their family, love ones and relatives. My life and the lives of my precious grandsons has been interrupted and shattered by the State of Oklahoma! Oklahoma Department of Human Services/Foster Care Division.

Family, It's about family! Everywhere you turn, It's Family!

That was my idea of what any foster care agency/organization was all about. Or so I thought! Anyway! Here in Oklahoma it's totally disturbing to me at how this state process their child welfare cases. It's sad, emotional and truly frustrating! It's not right or justice at all. I haven't seen nothing like it in my life! This state has denied me everything that I've brought forward, that's Oklahoma DHS and the Oklahoma Family Court System. It's supposed to be about the children! Taking care of the children and making sure that they are being reunited with their biological family and loveones as soon as possible. To make sure that they suffer a minimum of separation from their home and family.

It's about FAMILY! Strengthening the American Families is the Key! Family is foundation!

The case with my grandsons. That is not what happenned. My grandsons are still in the Oklahoma foster care system. They are floating from one placement to the next. All the while the state has my grandchildren alienated and isolated from me. No phone calls, not anything at all, with the exception of letter writing. That's my only communication and bonding with my grandsons.

I have traveled the distance, moved to Oklahoma from Nevada. I brought forth my guardianship, which was denied, as well as all the following, Foster/Adopt training classes certificates from Nevada, Petition to Adopt my grandchildren, Foster Parenting classes in Oklahoma were denied. Some one from the Oklahoma Department of Human Services called the Bair Foundation where i was preparing to get certified in order to get my grandchildren out of foster care, A telephone call was made to put a stop to that from Oklahoma DHS Headquarters.

It's about family and doing the right thing! Right! Well I have done that. From the Judge on down to the Oklahoma Dept of Human Services has denied me the right to my grandchildren. I am a responsible, reliable, independent, mature grown adult. I am a registered voter. "Felons can't vote", I am not a felon. I have never been to prison. I am ex - military. I quarter mastered in the Army. My MOS was 76v10.There is nothing wrong with my financial Status, I have a decent & study income. I have a vehicle that's bought and paid for. I have a washer and dryer. I have a phone. I have a refrigerator full of food. All of my bills are in my name. I have a checking account and savings account. I have insurance. I have the children's rooms all together. I have enough beds for all of my grandsons. I have everything that I need for my grandbabies. My grandsons, they need family. I have a nice and wonderful 3 bedroom + 2 bath + 2 car garage home it's over 2,000 square feet. I have more than enough space for my precious grandsons. It's about Family!

I don't need not one cent to beable to provide for my grandchildren.

Children in foster care shouldn't have to go through what my grandsons are having to endure with. It's just wrong! It's an injustice to us. What they are doing to my precious grandsons and our family. We have already lost so much, that we will never beable to get back. Look at all the years that the state has taken away from me and my grandsons. Over 5 years and 9 monts nearly 6 years. That's cruel! Look what it has done to my children? I'm concerned about their self-esteem, their emotions, their inner self, what they must be thinking of themselves. My grandchildren being in foster care all this time for the past 5 years and 9 months! My grandsons who knows what they could be thinking? Or what they are being told for instance? Thinking they are not wanted, not loved, that they are thrown away! Thinking they have no family that wants them. That's awful for a child having to think of that being very young and in foster care placement. No child! Should have to suffer like this. My grandchildren are doing just that!

My grandchildren have family! They are not Forgotten! No! They aren't! I will never forget them as long as I am alive! They are my family! I will continue my fight for justice. This case with my grandsons, will not die! I will not let it be just another case or a statistic. It will not be swept under the rug!

Family? The system is broken! Definitely needs to be fixed. Family Court is a major part of this. This is the State of Oklahoma. My God! It's totally backwards here in this part of the country. Family, the children they need their family, my precious grandsons, they need their family, they need to be home. I want to hug my grandchildren! They are everything to me! They are my life! So precious to me!

I will continue to expose the wrong doings that are going on here in the state of Oklahoma, As long as this state continue to house my grandsons and keep them away from me. It's don't make any sense for the actions of this state to alienate and isolated my grandsons from me. I'm their blood family, their maternal and biological grandmother.

Oklahoma DHS refuses to work with me to return, reunite my grandsons back with our family. My grandsons deserves to be back with their family. Not to be moving around in the foster care system, going from placement to placement. That's surely not in the best interest of the child! We are family! Isn't it about family? Being there and helping family?

My grandchildren, they haven't seen me since 2.16.2010. That's cruel!

Just very recently, I have written the Judge and requested my grandchildren's clothes and shoe sizes to be able to send them some items, being purchased from me. They would know that

I am still here, as well as the letters that I send to them. Any way the judge as well as the DHS worker will not give me my grandsons sizes so I can go shopping for them.

Also not anyone will communicate with me to inform me of what's going on with my grandchildren. They are truly trying to keep my grandchildren from remembering me. This is very strange behavior coming from "So call professionals" It's not adequate giving the situation at hand. It's about the children and their family being reunited and getting out of the foster care system.

This is the case of the MAY, DAVIS, BENJAMIN, WALKER,

case# JD-06-180, out of the State of Oklahoma and the County of Oklahoma. The Judge over the case would be: Judge Richard W Kirby. The Assistant D.A. would be Jane Brown. DHS Director would be: Howard Hendrick and the DHS Supervisor would be: Tara Bone, By the way,was the initial case worker in 2006. She has played a big part in the case for it lasting for nearly 6 years. Oh yes! She has!

It's about Family and NOT the Foster Care System housing our children and keeping them alienated and isolated, from their loving and biological family that wants them.

FOSTER CARE IS NO PLACE FOR CHILDREN!!

Family First! Don't Keep The Children In The System! 5 Years & 8 Months & Counting-- That's Damaging !!!!

The foster care system and the family court system is broken! NO doubt about it!

From the experience of what i have been subjected to in the State of Oklahoma. It is on evident that those individuals that have somewhat of authority over folks children, have truly over stepped their moral boundaries and appears to don't have a heart at all.

Children in foster care should go and be with family vs being adopted out to strangers. That's very wrong and certainly not fair to the family and children. Not only that! We don't get visitation to be in contact? What's wrong with that picture?

Oklahoma DHS, has no right to try and play GOD! Children should not have to suffer and go through all of this pain and suffering, frustration and alienation and isolation, Such as my 5 grandsons are continuing to endure.

I'm these children maternal and biological grandmother! I was at the hospital when each and everyone of these children were born. I love my grandchildren very much. My grandchildren, doesn't need to be experiencing this, especially when they have a grandmother that wants them.

Oklahoma Department of Human Services/ Foster Care Unit! No good! They are wrong!

Look how they have trampled over me and my grand children's heart! Which they will tell you in so many words, that they aren't in the business of reuniting your children or love-ones to you in a timely manner, if at all!

I'm no felon, never been to prison, a registered voter, family oriented, independent and financially established to provide and take care of and nurture my 5 grandsons!

So Why is this state like this? I've complained and complained! NO one seems to care! It's about safely getting the children to a family member and or love one where the children can get back on track. Instead! OKDHS has caused more problems for my grandsons. They have prolonged this for many years? What about my grandchildren, their self-esteem and motivation? I worry about that on a continuous basis! What they must be feeling and going through.

Children, they should not be in foster care no longer than they need to or have to be! I mean it is devastating and emotional for the children! My grandchildren are going through it!

I've letters on top of letters that the organization, has plans to seek permanent placement for my grandchildren and that they don't plan on giving me my grandsons! Isn't that something? What does that tell you?

From all of that! How can it be about the children? 5 years and 8 months and counting for my precious grandchildren to be in this awful foster care system.

It's not right! Not right at all! Something definitely needs to be done about this!

At this rate our country will have no future! Foster care are destroying the tomorrows future. Our family, love-ones and relatives.

Our children needs love, hugs, positiveness and high self-esteem! Not anything less! Being in Foster Care is LESS!

I'm a concerned grandmother that has suffered the lost of my precious grandchildren to the system. We have lost many holidays, family gatherings, grand parental bonding, school activities and our family pictures together. We will never get those days back. Don't forget our quality time and summer fun, the things that grandparents have with their grandchildren.

I am just letting the world know what's going on here in this state of Oklahoma. How Oklahoma DHS/foster care agency handles their cases and how they isolate and alienate the children from their family and love-ones.

This has been an injustice and corruption all the way around! No matter how you sum is up!

My grandchildren : Melvin Benjamin, Michael Walker, Mizael Walker, Teriq May, and Eric Davis, they were taken by the state of Oklahoma, Dept of Human Services/ foster care unit on March 2 of 2006.

This is a case that has been in process since 2006. There hasn't been no progress in the direction that it should have went! My grandchildren have been juggle going from placement to placement during these last 5 years and 8 months and counting! Since they still are in the system bouncing around.

I have no visitation with them! Oklahoma has done me and my grandbabies wrong!

I haven't seen my grandchildren since 2-16-2010. I haven't heard their voices, nor able to give them a hug. DHS and the system including the judge will not let my grandsons respond to any of my letters.

Melvin, Michael, Mizael, Teriq and Eric, you all are more precious to me than ever, from the day that you children were born. I love you my grandsons. Please! Don't let any of the people tell you different. You all are loved, wanted and missed. You are not forgotten! Grandma loves you and I say a prayer for our family each and every day.

It saddens me, my grandsons that we live in such an injustice world. I am here for you all no matter however long it will take. But! just know that your grandmother has not given up on you children. It's 5 of you that are floating around in the Oklahoma Foster Care System.

Grandma has been to the Oklahoma States Capitol on several occasions, asking for help and to no avail no one has looked into the DHS matter for us. I will not give up on us. I love you boys. I have filed complaints with more than one office of the Office of Civil Rights. Grandma will continue to be here for you all.

My grandchildren, I am able, willing and financially able to care and provide for you boys. I have a big enough house for all of us. We have always been a family. Though we are in separate houses and apart. I will always have you all in my heart. I love you.

The State Of Oklahoma DHS Foster Care Unit. They have not processed this case properly. It is supposed to be about the children and reuniting the children with family. Unfortunately they have not worked that for us. I am continuing to have faith and prayer for our family. That we will be a family and be reunited as a family so that we can rebuild our lives and move on.

Grandma loves you all with every ounce of blood that's flowing through my veins, in my body. My grandsons I feel your pain and I know what you are going through. I send my love, hugs and kisses. You do have family, love-ones, and relatives that care and love you. My babies, you can believe that my life will never ever be the same without you. Grandma's life is empty because you are not home.

Grandma's life is empty! There's a void that can only be filled when you boys, my precious grandchildren, are back home and out of that awful foster care system. I love you with every breath that I take.

My grandchildren, How I miss you all so very much! I wish that I could take the pain away & wipe those many tears off your face, that you all are feeling, because these folks who are abusing their authority, and has kept you children away from you family. Grandma loves you and I will not give up HOPE!

THE SYSTEM IS BROKEN -OKLAHOMA FAMILY COURT ASSOCIATE DISTRICT JUDGE RICHARD W KIRBY

I thought that Judges are there to help the community out. Do their job and work to make things right. JUSTICE! JUSTICE! AND JUSTICE FOR ALL!

Its very sad when the judges fail the ones that depend on them to make it all better. I'm speaking in regards to children that are in the Oklahoma Foster Care System. Specifically my precious 5 grandsons. They have been in there since 3-2-2006. 5 years and 5 months.

This Judge that's over my grand children's case has allowed the others involved with this case to come before him and do what they want.

I'm curious to know how is that applied to any legal policy, when it comes to returning the children back to their family. I am the maternal and biological grandmother, that's been fighting for the longest to get my grandsons out of the system for quite sometime now.

Everyone included on my grandchildren case has objected to returning my grandsons to me. The mother she isn't nowhere included in the case any longer since she was coerced into signing over her parental rights in 2009 on 9-15.

The judge has denied me any visitation with my grandsons, he has denied my out of state guardianship, he has denied the writ of haebus corpus, he has denied the request for a home study so that I can't adopt my grandchildren. Judge Richard W Kirby has denied my adoption petition so that i can adopt my grandchildren.

Judge has made sure that I don't have any contact with my grandchildren. He has most definitely hurt my grandchildren emotionally just scarring them. My grandsons has been in the system for to long, they have been exposed to more than children should have to be. They are only children.

I'm their biological and maternal grandmother, that has a 3 bedroom, 2 bath, 2 car garage, home that's over 2,000 square feet. My home is adequate and established and furnished. My grandchildren they have a home to come too.

My grandchildren are loved, wanted, and missed. I moved here from Reno Nevada. Being a grandmother is a beautiful and wonderful experience. NO matter the trails and tribulations, I am a grandmother and I will not stop my journey to expose the dirt that's going on here in the state of Oklahoma Foster Care. How the children are being alienated, medicated, damaged and traumatized. This is real! My grandchildren are going through it every day.

The Judge-- Associate District Judge Richard W Kirby, he continues to allow this behavior to exist in his court room. He let those CPS workers bring forth cases for him to listen to. Where he let it ride meaning drag the cases out over the course of many years. Just like he has done, well doing to my grandsons. This case has been going on since 2006.

Associate District Judge Richard W Kirby, he is the 2ND judge to reign over my grandsons case.

I'm in shock at the corruption. Oh! its too much. It goes deep. It has deep pockets and everyone has their hand in it. This DHS /FAMILY COURT CORRUPTION IS BIG! BIG BUSINESS.

This is unreal as to how something like this actually hits home. I mean this is something that you would see on lifetime television. This is just not right at all. A movie like this would have you on the edge of your seat! IN TEARS!

Judge Richard W Kirby, Asst D A Jane Brown, Asst P D Ryan Hauser, DHS TARA BONE, DHS Howard Hendrick, they all are apart of the devious vengeance towards me. They have been unprofessional in handling of my grandchildren case. They do need to be investigated.

My grandchildren are suffering because of this. They don't need to be or for that matter should be. I have enough space at my home. These people and the state of Oklahoma DHS has denied me all across the board. They continue to act without INTEGRITY, FAILURE TO FOLLOW POLICY, they CONTINUE TO INFLICT EMOTIONAL HARM ON MY PRECIOUS 5 GRANDSONS.

My grandchildren they are continuously being shuffled, shifted and moved around in the Oklahoma Foster Care System as if they were pawns on a chest board. That truly an awful thing for my grandsons to have to go through. My grandsons case is just one case. Can you imagine the so many thousands and thousands of children in the system just floating and floating never being stable. That's a horror experience.

The children self-esteem is definitely damage. I worry about my grandchildren and their self image and how they will be once they are out of foster care. This is not right how the courts and the case workers work hard to keep the children in the foster care system and out of the homes.

When they should be working with those families that can and are able and willing to take the children. Yet! They will not work with them. For me that's exactly what has happened to me.

THE SYSTEM IS BROKEN AND OUR CHILDREN ARE SUFFERING AND BEING TRAUMATIZED ON A DAILY BASIS, BECAUSE OF JUDGES LIKE ASSOCIATE DISTRICT JUDGE RICHARD W KIRBY, THAT'S ON THE CASE OF- MAY, DAVIS, BENJAMIN, WALKER; CASE # JD-06-180; that's in the State of Oklahoma, City of Oklahoma City, and the county of Oklahoma.

Please pray for me and my precious grandchildren as we are going through a very difficult time in our lives these days and has been since 3-2-2006. Please pray on their safe return to be released out of the Oklahoma Foster Care System.

I am their maternal and biological grandmother. I love my grandsons very much. With every ounce of blood that's flowing through my veins. I'm hurting and suffering just as they are. my precious grandsons.

A grieving grandmother that has faith

GRANDMOTHER BEING TARGET AGAINST

TARA BONE of Oklahoma DHS, Jane Brown the A.D.A, Ryan Hauser the A.P.D, and the Associate District Judge Richard W Kirby, they all have targeted me and has personal issues and are holding my grandchildren in the Oklahoma Foster Care System when it's no need for it. My grandsons are being shuffled and shafted around from placement to placement. That's not right.

I am here and the folks mention above has deliberately and spitefully are putting this family through HELL! My grandsons are suffering at the hands of all these people.

Tara Bone, Jane Brown, Ryan Hauser, Judge Richard W Kirby, they all has caused considerable amount of emotional stress on this family. All of them are playing apart in this attack on me.

They have already succeeded in my daughter giving up her parental rights and lying to her, that i would get my grandchildren.

5 years 4 months. My grandchildren has a home to come to. I'm no felon and I love my grandchildren.

Please pray for me and my grandchildren. Our family has been attacked by Okdhs.

Grieving Grandmother: Family Ripped Apart

(It's been a while since I've posted!!. I'm still here! Just going through It!!!)

Heartache And Pain! That's all it has been since the day that my grandchildren were taken away, by the Oklahoma Department of Human Services/Child Protective Services/Foster Care Division. That was on March 02, 2006.

My grandchildren are still not home!!!!! It has been over 5 years. Truly a very long and emotional five years it has been. My grandbabies has been uprooted from their family and loves-ones. If that's not enough pain and suffering, the OKDHS, they continue to shuffle, shaft, and move my grandchildren from one foster care placement to the other. How would that be in the best interest of the my grandchildren? The system most definitely needs to be revamped, completely restructured from the ground up, I must say.

DHS/CPS/FCS, there are so many names that the agency/organization goes by. In any case the results are similar in the way that a family is treated. What I mean is that the agencies are fast to take our babies, grandbabies and our love-ones. Then gives us pure hell when we fight to get them back. I'm so tired of the dirt, that these folks get away with. No one wants to get involved! That's crazy!

In the case with my 5 grandsons: There have been two judges on the case.

My grandbabies has been subjected to some of everything in the custody of the State of Oklahoma. From in and out of group homes to respite care to children shelters, in addition to going from placement to placement. Also don't want to forget that my grandbabies are on medication and they are being over medicated. My grandchildren have been alienated, they are in foster care and are separated from their siblings and family. How cruel is that? Children in foster care are to have continuous contact with their biological family until they are reunited. My grandsons don't have that privilege.

With all that going on; Judge Richard W Kirby, the Associate District Judge residing over the case, he has not given me my grandchildren, let alone let me have visitation with my grandbabies. It's been since 2-16-2010 since I've seen my grandsons. Not even a phone call!

Since my encounter with the State of Oklahoma Department of Human Services and the Oklahoma family Court, let me express: That it has been a living nightmare!! NIGHTMARE FROM HELL!

I've done everything that one can do to show the OKLAHOMA FAMILY COURT and THE DEPARTMENT of HUMAN SERVICES/CHILD PROCTECTIVE SERVICE/FOSTER CARE DIVISION, to prove that i am able to care for my biological grandchildren. They have denied me everything. That's not right at all the way that this state has treated me and my grandchildren.

I moved to Oklahoma from Nevada. I have my foster pride/adopt completion certificates. I rented a beautiful home in a nice neighborhood in Oklahoma, which consists of a 3 bedroom, 2 bath, 2 car garage, has over 2,000 square feet. Just more than enough room for my grandchildren. (My grandchildren's rooms are fully furnished and equipped with everything that they need. Only thing that is missing are my grandsons).

Judge Richard W Kirby, has denied the request to order OKDHS to do a home study of my home. Doing a home evaluation, home -study of my home it will show that I have everything in order. It would be in the best interest of my grandchildren to get them out of the foster care system and back home to family where they belong. Still to this day! My grandbabies remain in Oklahoma Department of Human Services/FOSTER CARE WITH NO CONTACT WITH GRANDMA.

Oklahoma CASA volunteer Susan Brown and a couple others as well.

The OKLAHOMA CASA volunteer, Susan Brown, she has been to my home and she done a report for her CASA SUPERIOR, whom she reported to. Susan Brown she took photos of my home, the children's room and she seen that my home was fine and perfect for placement of my grandchildren. Yet! Judge Kirby would not allow her to speak in court. He never asked her. It was never mention at all.

I've never seen so many cold hearted folks ever in my life! These creatures are destroying families and not even given it a second thought about what they are doing. This is terrible!!

Their actions shows me that: IT'S NOT ABOUT THE CHILDREN.

These so called PROFESSIONALS, as they call themselves has not handled my grandchildren's case ethically or professional let alone in a swiftly manner. They have allowed their personal feelings to get in the way of processing the case. This is wrong! An INJUSTICE IT IS!!

Here I am, I come complete with everything that's needed to take care and provide for my grandchildren! Yet, they continuously deny me my precious grandchildren.

ON FEBRUARY 8TH 2011, Judge Richard W Kirby kicked me out of the court hearings. At the request of DHS for me to be excluded from further court hearings. Let me tell you! how they done it. Initially court was set for February 9th 2011, Here in Oklahoma, on that day it was snowing some terrible, Ok Now! Come to find out court had been moved up a day early, to 2-8-2011, and I wasn't notified at all. So according to them: because I wasn't present, It gave them the right to dismiss me from future further hearings. Come on Please!! Tell me the system isn't broken? I'm doing everything to get my grandchildren home! To get them out of the system!! Oklahoma don't want to release my grandchildren to me, yet they are just floating around in the foster care system. How is that considered; In the best interest of the children??

THIS IS WRONG! THIS IS WRONG! THIS IS AN INJUSTICE!

PS. ALL OF YOU THAT'S FIGHTING FOR YOUR LOVE-ONES, PLEASE CONTINUE AND DON'T GIVE UP! NO MATTER HOW HARD AND DIFFICULT IT IS FOR YOU. My prayers are with each and every one of you.

Strengthen Not Destroy

The American Family

How can we as American Families, be safe in our own homes, when soon as the social services agencies, and there is so many that has the same purpose in mind, but have different names that they go by. They can take our children and cause us to go through such hell to get our children returned. Not only that our babies are subjected to who knows what in the system

The system should be strengthening and helping the families instead of doing just the opposite that being destroying the American Families.

When the children are taken into foster care. The government agency should be working to get those children back to their families. It shouldn't be allowed to continue to drag out the case. Like in my grandchildren's case. Their case has had 2 Judges and It has been strung out for 5 years and while that has been going on. My grandchildren hasn't had any regular visitation with the family. Just awful. We have been treated terrible an injustice. My grandchildren and our family has sufferred tremendously.

Strengthen and Not Destroy our families. That's what it should be. We are the American Families. We live on the same American Soil.

From a grieving grandmother that feels the pain of being without her babies. Because of the malicious and devious acts that's been allowed and approved for these individuals who don't care about our children, just get away with it.

The system is really corrupted! They are destroying the American Families verse Helping and Strengthening our Families that need the help.

Our Chldren Needs To See and Visit Us

Our children, they need to see us. They are in foster care and do need to know that we are here for them. They need our hugs and should be allowed to be in contact with the family.

It's not right for the state to alienate our babies from us. We are their love-ones and family members.

My grandbabies has been out of our home for quite sometime now, since 2006. I've been on a journey to get my grandchildren returned and reunited with the family for the past 5 years.

It has been an emotional 5 years and not been allowed to be included in my grandchildrens lives is exceptional cruel and i call it a malicious and devious act.

I am here for my grandchildren. They are loved, wanted and missed. They have a home. They were and are not abandoned. For the state to continue to keep me and my grandchildren apart is unethical. It's a total conspiracy and a personal vendetta against me and my family.

My grandchildren they knows me, I've always been in their lives from day one of thier birth.

My grandchildren hasn't had regular visits since they have been in foster care. No phone communication, nothing. That's alot for a child do have to deal with when they are out of the home and not with their family.

Children needs to see their love-ones. It's damaging and emotional when they are alienated from their family. Our babies need to hear our voices.

To all those persons that's in the same, similar situation that i am enduring, You must contact your state officials and inform them of your current situation and let them beaware of it. Tell the whole world what they have done to you and your famly. Get connected and be informed of all your Rights that you have.

I'm still fighting for my grandchildren. They are still in the system and placed all over in the state of Oklahoma. To this day I've no communication or visitation with my grandsons. I've not been given an Ok, to have regular visits or talk on the phone or even allowed to know where they are placed.
This is going on the 4Th year that my grandsons have been in OKDHS custody and they are definitely trying to adopt my grandchildren out to strangers.

This is just so outrageous, i don't understand this at all. Totally inconceivable to anyone unless you are dealing with this yourself.

I've been treated like garbage, with no respect, I'm these kids grandmother, who has moved and relocated from Reno Nevada to Oklahoma to fight for my babies. I'm not asking no one for anything at all. I just want my grandsons back home where they belong.

I have no felonies, nor have i ever been to prison. I just don't understand how they are (the OKDHS) are practicing, how they can just take peoples children and adopt them out and go on about their business as if nothing has ever taken place.

OKDHS and all who are involved are pure evil , cruel and plain devious.
I've been through so much with this state fighting for my grandsons, I'm not going anywhere until my grandchildren are back home in my care and custody. I'm a loving grandmother, I'm here for my boys, God has blessed me with for i am their grandmother, and they are my grandsons. I am here to stay for them for as long as it takes, we will be walking hand in hand together. I've done nothing wrong for these people of this state agency to keep me and my grandsons apart such as they have. I refused to let go and give in to this madness. No way. The next court Date is set for January 19Th, 2010 with Judge Richard W. Kirby
On this day in court- Motions for visitation, and Motions to intervene they both will be heard. Also on that day as well- The Adoption Petition was to be considered, however the Judge because of the OKDHS DA Jane Brown has now said that the children are not adoptable. So Judge Kirby has put the Adoption Petition on hold. (that's crazy and insane)
So the next court date is January 19Th, 2010 @ 9am
