OKLAHOMA DOESN'T ACKNOWLEDGE GRANDPARENTS RIGHTS

GRANDPARENTS HAS NO RIGHTS

There is something that isn't rght here. It's very disturbing that for grandparents fighting for their flesh and blood. That they don't have any rights when it comes to their grandbabies.

It makes no sense to me! Shouldn't it be that! To first and foremost to get the children out of placement and mainstream back to normalcy and back to their biological homes and families.

Why should the children be placed with strangers and or put in group homes verse with their love ones. It's just wrong.!

I'm fighting for my sweet grandsons and i have been denied and given the run around from day one. There has been all sorts of cover ups and lies and therefore continuos court dates.

My grandsons aren't home yet.

I'm no felon.

I've never been to prison.

I'm military retired.

I'm a registered voter.

I'm responsible and handle my business affairs.

I've transportation.

I've insurance.

All my bills are in my name.

I've a telephone.

I've a 3 bed - 2 ba- 2 car gar Home. that's over 2,000 square feet.

My grandchildren's room, they are completely furnished and ready for them to come home.

The strangest thing is that i can't get anyone to do a HOMESTUDY here to present it to the judge and He stated that he will not order a HOMESTUDY.

I have not had a home study while i have been here in Oklahoma.

I'm trying to get my grandbabies home. It's not easy when the state is working against you.

From what i have seen and experienced here in Oklahoma-- They can careless about GRANDPARENTS and Definitely "FAMILIES AREN'T FIRST AND CHILDREN REUNIFICATION WITH THEIR BIOLOGICAL FAMILY ISN'T ON TOP OF THE COURTS AND OKDHS LIST"

I love and miss my grandsons. They are my world and everything. These children are loved, wanted, and missed.

TO MY GRANDSONS I WILL ALWAYS LOVE YOU. I CARRY YOU IN MY HEART ALWAYS AND FOREVER. LOVE YOU MY GRANDCHILDREN. NOT A DAY GOES BY, NOT EVEN A SECOND THAT I DON'T THINK OF YOU.

PAIN AND SUFFERING

The pain that i feel and are going through, None can imagine how so devastating it is. I wouldn't wish this on noone. To not be with your children or grandchildren OMG! it's a total, total living nightmare.

My grandchildren are my most concerned and my priority. The pain that we have been subjected to is the ultimate torture. Being with out our family, loveones and friends is not the way to live.

Here we are as United States Citizens, born in the "Great U.S. of A" and how the government allows Families to be stripped and torned apart. It only brings about future problems as when any of the children that remains in foster care, grow up without a sense of where and who they belong. This is just not right.

I've seen horror stories on television all around the country about how children are taken and then are subjected to all sorts of things while in the states custody.

Foster care isn't a place for no children-- as long as there are loveones and grandparents and family members willing to take the children.

Take this for instance-- Alright.

Here i am my grandchildrens grandmother and I moved to Oklahoma to represent and go court to get my grandsons. Now these people see me in court each and everytime there is a court date.

Check this out- I have not had any regular visits with my boys.Not even phone calls. The judge has denied me holiday visits for the past 2 years that i have been in their state. Please Tell Me Why I wouldn't beable to have time during the holidays to visit with my only grandchildren.

I believe it's Just Prejudice and a Personal Vendetta against me.

I've been threatened with jail time and went to court about that.( 6 months and a $5,000.00)(it was dropped) because of my determination to let the public know about what is going on. How the system has treated me and my grandchildren. How they have kept me and my grandchildren apart. Just aleniated them from their biological and blood family. I'm their biological and maternal grandmother that is doing all i can to get my grandsons back home where they are loved, wanted, and missed. They have a family to go to. 4.5 years my grandchildren has been in foster care without their biological love ones and in the homes and group homes with others. The system is not for the families. It's not for our children. It's corrupted and i am experiencing it.

I'm venting and just felt like sharing it in my blog.

I'M A GRIEVING GRANDMOTHER THAT LOVE, MISS AND WANT MY BABIES HOME. WE NEED CLOSURE, 4.5 YEARS - 5 YEARS AWAY FROM GRANDMA AND FAMILY -- WE HAVE BEEN TREATED AN INJUSTICE - OUR RIGHTS AND CHILDRENS VISITATION RIGHTS HAS NOT BEEN ACKNOWLEDGE.

ps. the reason i've not posted anything in awhile was because everytime i do it is used against me in court. The DA she was the issuer of the charges against me that later were dropped.
