Suffering is all that comes out of Oklahoma Foster Care System. Oklahoma DHS state agency. Our children suffer from the time the state takes them in. When the state doesn't allow the children to visit their family it is the worst case of alienation to the children. It's damaging and traumatizing to those babies.
