The Judicial system has failed me and my precious grandchildren. Dating back to 2006, some 5 years now.
Unfair practices in the Oklahoma Family Court. My grandchildren has been in the system for some time now.
Judge Richard W Kirby, he's the 2nd judge on my grandsons case. The original judge was Nan Patton.
The system is broken. THE SYSTEM IS BROKEN. Where is the justice? The power and the privilege or so they try to appear as such! They shouldn't be bias when processing case.
With prejudice issues and personal vendetta that the judge and the others involved on the case, has directed towards me and my grandchildren. My family! It does show me that the system is BROKEN!
My grandchildren are loved, wanted and missed. It's no need for the actions that has been taken. My precious grand-babies while being in the system, they deserve to have continuous contact with their family. I haven't seen my grandchildren since over a year now and that's not in DHS guidelines. Children needs to be bonding with their biological family members.
My grandsons are in separate households and are placed all over the State of Oklahoma. I have 5 grandsons who have been through pure hell.
I am in so much pain and my grandchildren has endured so much. No children should be in foster care.
Judge Richard Kirby, has denied the request to order DHS to do a home study of my home. That would show proof that my home is qualified to pass and be approve for the permanent placement of my grandchildren. Denied! Denied!
Because of his decision my grandsons are still in the foster care system and are away from their family and love-ones.
The judicial system has failed my family! My grandchildren that's being shuffled around in the foster care system.
